Looks like Chrisean Rock is in legal trouble again!
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the rapper may have to pay at least $1 million in a lawsuit filed by Irby Lashala.
Lashala previously accused Rock of causing bodily emotional and physical harm during the “Baddies” premiere party.
Chrisean Rock’s Accusers Finally Demand $1 Million In Damages
Just a few months after he first filed his lawsuit against Rock, Lashala sued for an unlimited case in excess of $35k. The hairdresser claims in her new legal filing that she suffered an “assault; Batteries; Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress; Negligence; Negligent Recruitment, Supervision and Retention; Premises Liability.”
He also noted that some people or groups, like the Baddies Club, have yet to be formally notified because he and his legal team need help finding a place to send the notice.
Lashala points out that although other people or groups, such as ZEUS Network Baddies Club Premier and Rock, have also been notified, they have yet to appear to address the situation.
The document further states that Lashala will provide “written findings” and “defendant depositions” by August 2024. Meanwhile, other details such as “additional written findings” and “expert findings” will be provided according to specific legal codes or regulations.
In the context of legal proceedings, it suggests that an action or decision is in accordance with the rules or guidelines outlined in a particular legal statute.
Lawsuit Citing Assault, Battery and Emotional Distress
Regarding his initial lawsuit, Lashala accused Rock of assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. ZEUS was sued for negligence.
He claims he attended the premiere for the rapper’s ZEUS Baddies West reality show on January 22, 2023, where he approached Rock to “say hi and compliment his appearance.”
The lawsuit states that “after discussing a previous working relationship with” the mother of one, Lashala turned and began to walk away, until the unthinkable happened.
According to documents obtained by Online Radar“Suddenly, and without warning, [Chrisian] physically attacked [Irby] and [Irby] has been overcome.”
The alleged victim stated that he suffered not only physical injuries but also psychological damage. Because of the experience, he allegedly incurred medical expenses.

Apparently, Rock’s temperament also caused him problems with actor Rama Montakhabi.
The Indian-American actress filed a complaint through her lawyer, leveling five serious allegations against the mother of one and ZEUS Network, the platform responsible for the rapper’s reality series “Baddies.”
He asserted charges of “battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and negligence” against the 23-year-old.
In the document, Montakhabi recounts an alleged frightening encounter with Rock that took place around June 26, 2023, at the BET Awards/CMG After Party.
Although Montakhabi did not reveal all the details of the incident, he emphasized its brutality and insisted that it happened without any provocation. His account, according to documents obtained by The Blast, revealed:
“Defendant CHRISEAN ROCK willfully, willfully, and maliciously, without provocation and without Plaintiff’s consent, beat, assaulted, assaulted, beat, tortured and imprisoned Plaintiff.”
ZEUS Network Accused of Ignoring Rock’s Considered Unacceptable Behavior
Montakhabi cited their affiliation with Rock as the reason why ZEUS Network was brought into the fray. He asserted that the individuals who caused his injuries were interconnected as “employers, employees, co-conspirators and/or agents” of each other.
Montakhabi accused the company of negligence while holding them responsible for Rock’s actions. The lawsuit emphasizes that they breached their “duty of care,” resulting in the actress suffering mental and physical injury, as well as “sadness, humiliation, and distress.”
Zeus Network is accused of inadequate supervision of Rock and failure to inform the Iranian-American star of their client’s “dangerous tendencies”. Due to the pain he suffered from their alleged negligence and the rapper’s abuse, Montakhabi is seeking compensation for various damages.

Like Rock, his man Blueface has also been embroiled in legal drama, with the rapper recently slapped with an order to pay $13 million to a Las Vegas strip club over a shooting incident.
The drama begins in October 2022 when the “Bleed It” performer and his entourage visit the club. While there, he got into an argument with a man named Kentabius Traylor over a prank that led to Blueface’s friends allegedly attacking Traylor, who then tried to escape.
At one point during the altercation, Blueface’s entourage reportedly opened fire on Traylor’s car, injuring him. The rapper was later arrested on multiple charges, including attempted murder with a deadly weapon.
Eventually, the owner of the strip club sued the father of three, claiming the incident had badly affected his business.
