The organizers of the People’s Choice Awards came under fire from Chrishell Stause for preventing her from bringing her partner, G Flip, to the event.
The “Selling Sunset” actor, 41, expressed his displeasure on Twitter after the awards ceremony, claiming that the show’s cast had allowed his other co-stars to bring extras.
Stause admitted in his post that showrunners may not nominate him for future editions because of his excesses, but he also said he doesn’t care about the consequences.
She previously dated reality TV star Jason Oppenheim before starting a romance with G Flip earlier this year.

In a series of tweets, Stause expressed his displeasure at not being allowed to bring his partner G Flip to the 2022 edition of the People’s Choice Awards.
She was nominated for the 2022 Reality Star category and attended the event with her co-stars from the reality series “Selling Sunset.”
In his post, Stause wrote that he had repeatedly tried to pick up his lover but was unsuccessful each time. Although initially unconcerned about the denial, his stance changed when he arrived at the event and saw that the other co-stars were not subject to the same restrictions.
“EVERY single actor was invited, and some got extras,” the reality star said tweeted. “I didn’t know until I got there that everyone was invited. So what’s the issue?!”
Stuase went on to say that the situation became more frustrating because he thought that being nominated for an award would come with some privileges, such as the right to carry a plus one.

Initially, in her profanity-laced tirade against the awards host, Stause acknowledged that her online venting of her anger may have kept her from being invited from another edition or nominated for an award.

Stause previously dated Oppenheimer for most of 2021 before splitting in December of that year. Almost in the middle of 2022, she confirmed her relationship with Australian musician Gflip.

In the comments section of the reality star’s broadcast, fans also called out the show’s actors for being biased with their invitations.

Before she hit the event’s red carpet, the “Dancing with the Stars” alum shared a video with her fans on her Instagram, thanking them for their support.
“Thank you to everyone who voted. I don’t expect to bring anything home tonight — our show has been off the air for a while. But it’s always an honor and a compliment to be nominated,” the Selling Sunset star said in a video recorded in the backseat of his vehicle.
Finally, “The Kardashians” took home the prize for Best Reality Show 2022, and Khloé Kardashian was named Best Reality Star.
