TV personality Chrissy Teigen is being dragged by the Internet for an apparent photoshop fail in one of her latest Instagram posts.
With one fan asking why she couldn’t afford “better” people to photoshop her ads, others were left asking why she looked like she photoshopped her face onto another model’s body!

For fans who are not sure who Chrissy Teigen is, she is an American model and TV personality who made her professional modeling debut in 2010 when she posed in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She later appeared on the 50th anniversary cover in 2014 alongside fellow models Nina Addal and Lily Aldridge.
The 37-year-old mother, who is married to singer John Legend, has her own lifestyle brand called Cravings By Chrissy Teigen. He recently came under fire for a fan’s viral post, which showed the glass lid of one of his pots exploding. It’s unlikely that one of her new capes will blow up, but fans have plenty of questions about why she doesn’t seem to mind posting photos with obvious Photoshop fails.
Chrissy Teigen Says Photoshop Failed While Promoting New Dress
Earlier this week, the lifestyle entrepreneur shared an entire Instagram carousel promoting her new teddy robe in pistachio. Photoshop failed to be seen from the first slide, but fans swiping through the carousel saw more. Still, Chrissy made no mention of the obvious downside in the caption of her Instagram post as she promoted the new product:
“It’s PISTACHIO launch day at @cravingsbychrissyteigen but here at home it’s **LIFESTYLE** – shop our COVETED (seriously, if you have one of the other colors, you already know!!) teddy robe in pistachio, or blanket our pocket snack TODAY!!!!”
Fans were quick to call him out on the various errors they noticed when swiping through his Instagram carousel. “Ok, wait… You can’t afford a better Photoshop person?” asked a fan.
“I can’t unsee photo 2 …. Photoshop is so bad wtf lol,” another follower wrote. “? We don’t take this accusation lightly,” Chrissy responded. “Seriously as photoshopped it looks,” another netizen chimed in.
Some Fans Really Want Snack Blankets!
“Chrissy. I love you. And I mean this with all due respect… but wtf is the 2nd slide?” ask another user. “What happened on slide 2?” asked another netizen. “That’s some bad photoshopping,” said another user.
“Why is your head photoshopped on slide 2 to the curly haired model on slide 8? I can’t cancel it now,” shared another fan. “Lol his head looks big on that body!” shouted another follower.
However, it seems some people didn’t realize that the photoshop failed, “Pocket snack blankets sound like the best invention. And your family is so sweet,” commented one fan. “Pocket snack blankets? I never knew I needed this, but I do now i can’t go on without it,” another follower agreed. “Wait? A blanket that holds a bag of chips? Count me in!!!” the third fan sounds.
Luckily for Chrissy, it seems that some fans bear no ill will towards her for her prank and realize that it was all a joke. Chrissy also confirmed that she did it on purpose in response to a fan’s question!

He must have looked at everything carefully before posting it.” Chrissy responded to this fan, admitting that the Photoshop fail was actually just a joke. “TBH I really didn’t look closely and I posted in a panic but I thought everyone would know it was a joke,” Chrissy commented.
“Honey, you’ve been doing this long enough to know that internet people RARELY know when something is a joke and instead use it as self-observant ammunition to take jabs at,” another user replied. And they don’t look at comments to check, before making their own. But as long as you’re entertained by it, we’ll let it go.”
While it may have only been intended as a joke, it seems only Chrissy Teigen is laughing!
