Christina Haack Condemns Article Praised By Ex, Calls It ‘Sloppy Journalism’

The ongoing battle between Christina Haack and Ant Anstead continues to heat up!

Since the two separated in 2020, their relationship has left a lot to be desired, especially regarding the legal custody of their son, Hudson London. “Christina on the Coast” and former “Wheeler Dealers” split after almost two years of marriage. In the latest controversy between them, Christina has slammed Anstead for promoting a parenting article she found “weird.”

Christina called out the Psychology Today article that mentioned her custody battle with Anstead over three-year-old Hudson, and she didn’t mince words. Sharing a screenshot of the article via Instagram on Tuesday, the reality star began by calling it a “poorly written article.” The HGTV star added:

“Sloppy/Click bait journalism at its best,” before advising the author to “find a new narrative centered on facts, not Instagram comment sections.”

Christina continues to quote every single thing where she is mentioned, responding to them with passionate responses. At one point, he wrote that he wanted to be excluded from the woman’s publicity. In his words:

“”Little Children & Tiaras”. Leave me out of your propaganda. Hudson’s Law?! Really? That doesn’t make sense. You know nothing about my household. Hudson is MY son. I have always protected him and will always protect him.”

The “Flip or Flop” alum continued, “I’ve never fought to have Hudson film with me or run an ad. I’m expressing my opinion that a public figure with a public Instagram should take his own advice and leave Hudson out of all media if he’s concerned about safety and Hudson’s well-being.”

Christina claimed that she “decided to create peace for my family and take the pressure off myself and this whole narrative of who is the better Instagram parent,” claiming that “Hudson doesn’t need Hilary’s Hudson’s Law.”

Moments after he dropped the lengthy caption, the 39-year-old updated the caption and wrote, “It was just brought to my attention. [sic] Father Hudson promoted this article on his page, but with applause. This makes this all the more strange and disturbing.”

As it turns out, Anstead has expressed a different reaction than his ex-wife, taking to his Instagram Story to post a screenshot with the words, “Absolutely brilliant article by @hleveyfriedman calling for immediate changes in the law to protect us. children. The first step of Hudson’s Law?”

A viewer sent the Story to an unimpressed Christina, who responded at length via her own Story, “One of you sent me this screenshot. Would anyone like to tell @hleveyfriedman about #kyraslaw or #kaydenslaw, and make him realize what it really looks like real danger to children? Ant Anstead is so clearly projecting it, it’s not even funny. He’s the ONLY one who keeps Hudson’s name in the papers.”

The mother of three wasn’t done as she fired, “Hudson’s Law? Give me a break. The sweet, little boy is healthy and happy why is he picked up and USED by his father like this? After all the articles @psvch has posted today about Post Separation Abuse, you’d think an editor somewhere would see this, and leave Hudson out of this article. Absolutely disgusting.”

Earlier this month, The Blast reported that Anstead had come under fire after she uploaded a post featuring multiple images of Hudson. Since he filed for full custody of the child, the “Celebrity IOU: Joyride” host has repeatedly attacked his ex-wife for exploiting their child for financial gain.

He, in fact, used that as the main reason for wanting to be exclusively responsible for raising the three-year-old. In the documents he filed, the 43-year-old claims Christina included their child in her paid social media ads for selfish reasons.

Thus, critics had something to say when the father of three flooded his fans with the aforementioned photos. The slide shows Hudson in different poses, excitedly spending quality time with his father and grandfather, who came to visit.

Despite the cuteness of the photos, someone reprimanded, “You’ve said he’s exploiting her. Why can’t you be happy he is happy and move on. This isn’t about your son… this is about him leaving her. Finish it.”

Another viewer admitted, “Christina can’t post pictures, but you can. that’s not fair.” A third noted that fans of the car remain “unhappy” even though Christina hasn’t shared photos of Hudson online “for ages”. Anstead responded to them, stating, “as a parent, I’m not worried about the cost of protecting her .”
