Christine McGuinness fans have learned some new details about her first job!
McGuinness, who has always been open about his personal life, took the opportunity to talk about his health to discuss suddenly quitting his first job. The former Miss Liverpool proved that she is just like other famous celebrities, starting their journey from humble beginnings. However, unlike the other stars, her plan to start a career as a flight attendant did not go as planned.

Christine McGuinness Quits Her Job But Refuses To Give Up Her Air Force Uniform
As regular breakfast hosts Leanne Campbell and Scott Hughes take a break from their shows on Radio City, Christine steps in to fill in alongside Wes Butters. During her first presentation shift on Monday, Butters asked the mother of three where her first job was, and she replied:
“My first job was at Liverpool Airport. [It] only lasted about two weeks because I wanted to be a flight attendant, and then I realized that I was afraid to fly. I like the uniform though. So, I kept it.”
The admission elicited a chuckle from Butters before he observed, “I noticed, though, that you don’t stay in places as old as school, Liverpool Airport. Are you going to last a week here?” To that end, the English model admits that she hopes so.
Before she landed the radio show, Christine had reminisced about meeting her ex-husband Paddy McGuinness at the annual Liverpool International Tennis Championships in 2007. Speaking to the ECHO about the incident, “The Real Housewives of Cheshire” alum revealed:
“He should have been watching tennis, but I think he was more interested in the fashion show. We had a mutual friend there who introduced us but I can’t say I was surprised – I’ve never seen him in anything. I knew who Peter Kay was, obviously, and I’d heard of Max & Paddy, but I didn’t realize it was him.”
After noting that Paddy had worked his charm on her and made her laugh, the 35-year-old claimed that the two weren’t “looking for anything serious at the time,” so they “met every now and then.”
“It all started casually but then he asked me to stay at his house one night, and it went from one night to a weekend, then to a week and finally I didn’t move,” Christine added.
The couple soon went down the aisle, welcoming their twins— Leo and Penelope — in 2013 after two years of marriage. Then in September 2016, the two welcomed their third child — daughter Felicity Rose.
Despite the love shared by the family of five, especially following the autism diagnosis that Christine and the children received, the union was apparently not meant to be. The “Loose Women” star and “Question of Sport” host announced their separation in July 2022.

As McGuinness tries to navigate their new normal, the parents of the family decide to stop posting the child’s content on social media. According to The Blast, he had no choice but to elaborate on the decision when a fan called him out on it recently.
As it turned out, the entrepreneur had uploaded a stunning photo of herself showing off her toned abs in a black crop top which she teamed with figure-hugging leggings, a white shirt and trainers. In the accompanying caption, he wrote:
“Just minding my own business, hoping others can do the same ?. I could be in Rotterdam right now, who knows, this could happen anywhere!”
Seeing an opportunity to get something off their chest, one curious follower took to the comments section to point out, “I used to love real family photos with your kids’ antics. You haven’t posted it yet. I hope you and them are well. Stop.
Tagging the Instagram user, the television personality explained, “@symssmandy I’m not allowed to show my own child, it’s not my choice.” The hilarious response earned tributes from other fans, with one typing, “Let them talk love ?. You should talk about ??❤️,” and another stated, “??? go girl!! That must be Dubai!??? ?️.”
