Legal documents recently obtained by The Blast reveal that Richard has filed a restraining order against Quinn.

Christian Richard Wants Christine Quinn Out Of His Life

Richard wants the court to order Quinn to stay 100 yards away from him for allegedly making up stories that he had physically abused her during their relationship.
As he stated in the document, “a citation has been issued for my court appearance on April 10, 2024, based on a false allegation of DV.”
The 45-year-old stated in the filing that although no one saw him do it, Quinn reportedly caused him “emotional or physical injury” on March 19. He also stated that the abuse happened only on one occasion.

He requests that his estranged wife not “Harass, assault, attack, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), beat, follow, stalk, molest, destroy personal property, be under surveillance, impersonate (on the internet, electronically, or otherwise ), obstructing movement, harassing by telephone or other electronic means (including repeated contact), or disturbing the peace.”
Additionally, Richard wants Quinn to move out of their Los Angeles home, refrain from making changes to her insurance coverage and “not borrow, sell, hide or dispose of or destroy any property.”

What Starts Tension Between Separated Lovers?

Detailing the events leading up to the alleged physical assault that led to his arrest, Richard wrote that Quinn owned two dogs that he refused to train, leading to a constant mess he had to clean up.
She said in addition to being left with the dog mess, she and the “Selling the Sunset” star disagreed about child care for their son Christian.
As a result, around March 18, Richard texted Quinn and Alexis’ babysitter, asking her to leave around 3 p.m. However, his wife ignored his request and ordered the nanny to stay, which she did.

Upon learning of this, the College of New Jersey alum insisted that all communication between himself, his wife and Alexis be limited to a dedicated group chat. The instruction seemed to infuriate Quinn and make an already bad situation worse.

The Police Officer’s Arrival Surprised Richard

Tensions persisted on March 19 when Richard discovered their dog had urinated on his valuables. According to him, he found the bedroom a mess, with cleaning supplies, soda cans, and leftover food scattered around.
Despite asking Quinn for help, she allegedly refused, claiming she was already trying to get clean. Upon hearing this, Richard claims that he “grabbed the garbage bag off the floor and threw it across the room, against the wall.”
He emphasized that he “didn’t throw the bag at Ms. Quinn or their son” and that “there was no glass in the bag, because there was no broken glass in the room or anywhere else in the house.”
Afterwards, she suggests spending time with their son, but Quinn takes the boy into another room, prompting Richard to return to his computer. He also pointed out that he briefly discussed their upcoming summer travel plans with Quinn.
After this conversation, which took place in their bed, the Los Angeles Police Department [LAPD] officers burst in and ask Richard to leave immediately.
In the filing, she shared that she didn’t have time to grab her things and left in just her bathrobe. Paparazzi photographers were outside, capturing the moment and spreading the images online.

Quinn Receives Emergency Protection Order

Richard was later booked for assault with a deadly weapon following an incident that allegedly took place inside his home.
According to The Blast, authorities were notified of a domestic violence incident, with sources indicating there was a verbal altercation between Quinn and Richard.
Quinn told authorities that Richard allegedly threw a glass bag at her. Although the bag missed Quinn, it allegedly landed on their two-year-old son.
Emergency services were called after the child was injured, and both an ambulance and authorities arrived at the scene. Christian received initial treatment at the scene, but paramedics determined he needed to be taken to the hospital for further evaluation and care.
With Richard in jail, Quinn was granted an emergency protective order against him which she reportedly received. At the time, the reality star was set to benefit from the arrangement for the next seven days.
Police Visit Quinn-Richard House Again

When Richard finally returns home after being released from custody, he is visited by a boy dressed in blue.
A photo released online shows two law enforcement officers sitting in a police SUV on Wednesday — March 20 — night.
However, only one officer exited the vehicle and drove up the private road to the couple’s home.
The reason for the second visit by the authorities on the couple is still unclear.
