Critics of President Biden blasted the world leader on social media Saturday after he shared a photo bragging about America’s “dream team.”
Users used X to loudly dispute his statements and photos, including Biden, his wife Jill, Vice President Harris and her husband, second man Doug Emhoff, in the White House.
The picture shows the four of them standing in front of one of the White House doors, flanked by a Christmas tree.
Biden’s caption indicated that he shared the photo to commemorate three years to the day he and Vice President Harris were inaugurated.
He wrote, “Three years with this dream team.”
Despite Biden’s characterization as a dream team, the president’s approval rating hit a record low in January, with only a third of Americans telling an ABC News/Ipsos poll that they approve of his job performance.
This poll is not only a record low for a Biden presidency, it is also the lowest approval rating of any president in 15 years – or since George Bush’s low approval ratings between 2006 and 2008.
The approval rating also puts him below former President Trump’s current approval rating as the 2024 presidential election season heats up.
Many of the comments on Biden’s post reflect his unpopularity. Conservative commentator Paul Szypula blasted the president, stating, “This is not a dream team, it’s a nightmare. The Biden administration has damaged US borders and the economy. Shame on Joe Biden for celebrating his last 3 years. He should apologize and resign. No wonder Biden’s approval rating is at an all-time low.”
RedState author and columnist Buzz Patterson responded to the photo, asking, “Whose dream? Not my family.”
Hollywood actor and conservative Dean Cain shared a GIF asking, “Are you ready for some BS?”
HotAir associate editor Karen Townsend simply replied to the image, “Nightmare.”
Journalist Gerald Celente slammed Biden on behalf of the Palestinians, writing, “a nightmare team for the Palestinians.”
Market analyst and political commentator Jeff Carlson added, “A team of puppets. Three terrible years as a result of a fraudulent, fake president. Open Borders, Tens of millions of illegal citizens, Destruction of major cities, Inflation, Corruption, War, Debt, armed DOJ, national disintegration & targeting your political enemies.”
