Proving that both parties have indeed moved on from their brief relationship, Gomez showcased a new mystery woman amid reports his ex-wife is now living with her new boyfriend.

Just days after he and Grande finalized their divorce, the real estate agent was seen getting busy with actress Maika Monroe. It’s unclear if the pair were together before her split from the “7 Rings” singer was confirmed, but the new lovebirds already seem pretty cozy.

The new couple was spotted inside the Jumbo Clown Room — a famous bikini bar in Los Angeles — and Gomez was kissing the “God Is A Bullet” actor passionately, putting both hands over his face to possibly shield them from prying eyes. The two kept it casual, with Grande’s ex wearing black pants and a shirt with a camouflage baseball cap.
Monroe, on the other hand, opted for a simple black tank top with a low neckline under a black jacket and matching pants. Her blonde hair was styled into a loose ponytail. According to eyewitnesses, the lovers did not try hard to hide their PDA from the public.
They reportedly looked around for a moment before resuming their intense kiss as if they were the only ones in the room. It’s no surprise that Gomez has found herself a new woman since she’s so legally single.
The California native and “Sam & Cat” alum simultaneously filed to end their two-year marriage on Sept. 18, after which it was finalized on Oct. 6. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, there isn’t much fighting law between the ex-lovers because of their prenup.
However, that doesn’t mean no payments are processed. Gomez received an advance of $1,250,000 from his ex-wife without any spousal support. He will also be given half of the net proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home, with the “Positions” singer covering his legal fees.

The arrangement isn’t all that surprising considering the Nickelodeon alum has a much higher net worth than her ex-husband. At the time of their split, Grande was worth an estimated $240 million, while her ex-partner had a net worth of $20 million. Since the former couple did not welcome any children during their time together, there are no issues with custody or child support payments.

While Gomez seems to be enjoying her single life with the hot actress, the same can be said for her ex-wife, who has reportedly taken her relationship with co-star Ethan Slater to new heights.

Weeks after their first public outing as a couple, a source close to them confirmed that Grande and the “Spongebob Squarepants” star are now living together in New York City. “They are really happy and very good to each other. All his friends love him,” an insider said of the big move.

Even more surprising about the decision is that Slater’s ex, Jay, was informed of the risky move before it happened. The source confirmed: “Ethan told his friends and his soon-to-be ex-wife [Lilly Jay] that he lives with Ariana full time in New York.”
It’s still unclear if Jay gave her his blessing as an insider previously confirmed that he was blindsided by Slater and Grande’s romance, considering the singer is a close family friend. In fact, Grande and Gomez once went on double dates with Slater and Jay.
