She captioned it “Consistent. I changed my whole world in 6 months. No gimmicks or fads. Just consistent.”
The 31-year-old added: “If that tired guy on the left can do it, so can you.” In the “before” picture, Mooney poses in front of a mirror, showing off her previous size, wearing only black Calvin Klein pants. In the “after” photo, Mooney looks almost half the size of the “before” photo. He also only wears rubber shorts to show how toned he is.
