As the 32nd season of “Dancing With The Stars” heats up, Sharna Burgess looks back on her experience with some of her dance partners on the dance show.
The dance pro spilled juicy details about her time on the show with fellow dancer Cheryl Burke, also an alum of the competition. Burgess, who won the Mirrorball Trophy in 2018 during the show’s 27th season, recently said “yes” to the love of his life.

The professional ballroom dancer sits down with Burke on his podcast every iHeartradio and talk about unpleasant experiences with two partners. Burgess said these people made him uncomfortable and showed absolute disrespect on the dance floor. He said:
“I have in the past had two partners who made me feel very uncomfortable. Back then I was younger and I would laugh at it and suck at it and I would make it ok.”
The legend reported that his partner was sexually promiscuous around him and then became upset that he did not reciprocate. Burgess even revealed that a producer advised him to hang out with the program when he spoke, stressing that Burgess should “know what the guy’s like.”
She continued that the incident took place long before the Me Too movement emerged, and that now she is more confident and has learned to set the necessary boundaries.

“I learned during and after Me Too, women came forward and said, from big things to small things, I was like holy things that happened to me, I didn’t realize I could talk about it.” said the 38-year-old man.
Since then, she has learned how to stand up for herself, even in other situations where she notices that she and her dance partner are being watched uncomfortably. He said:
“That was a difficult situation for me. but I went through the right channels, and unfortunately, I couldn’t record everything, but I was able to record some things, and I did the right thing, and there was a report made, and I was taken care of. “
Although Burgess insisted that the situation was not sexual in any way, Burke confirmed his feelings by saying, “at the end of the day, there’s no need to explain. You’re uncomfortable, that’s a complete sentence.” A relaxed Burgess added that he is doing the right thing and can work without living in constant “shame or fear”.

Aside from launching a podcast together, Burgess and Green have taken the next step towards eternity three years after becoming boyfriend and girlfriend. According to The Blast, the lovebirds announced their engagement on a recent episode of the “Old-ish” podcast.
The couple excitedly shared how the unique and intimate proposal went with Spelling, labeling it a “double surprise”. Green revealed that he popped the question at his 50th birthday party in July, meaning it’s been a secret for two months now.
The surprise party was organized by Sharna, who had no idea what was going to happen, and Green made it a perfect night with the help of his children. Burgess detailed the sequence of events to Spelling saying:
“The children came in with him. Noah is holding Zane, and Journey is holding this little red Cartier box. And they all went in there, and they stood next to Brian. He took the box from Journey, and he said, ‘Will you spend the rest of your life with us?’
The Australian couldn’t believe his eyes as he happily accepted the ring and hugged the entire “tribe”. She continued, “I love that that’s the way he wanted to do it…To have this beautiful, intimate moment with my people, my tribe standing there, walking me in with this beautiful ring that was a dream.”
