Demi Moore has officially been in the spotlight for decades since the “St. Elmo’s Fire character” expressed her disbelief at being “so tired at 22!”
Moore’s ‘Brat Pack’ days are more than 30 years behind him, and he doesn’t seem to mind, as evidenced in his latest Instagram post where he shared details of his 60th birthday celebration.
The actor rang in his sixth decade on Friday, surrounded by tons of balloons and his loved ones who came down for a stroll in the snow! Moore has already shared two posts documenting his birthday “achievement”!

Moore was surrounded by her eldest son on her big day; both of her daughters documented their mom’s 60th on Instagram!
The actress also gave her Instagram followers plenty of behind-the-scenes insight into her birthday shenanigans, and shenanigans have happened, some courtesy of Moore’s birthday present to herself!
According to a report by The Blast, Moore revealed to her Instagram followers that she had gifted herself… a black donkey?
Moore showed off her new donkey friend in an Instagram video where she said she was “so happy” with the gift from taxidermist Kady Rose, and also called Rose’s work “so incredible.”
He also shared more details about “Darren, the donkey” in the caption of the video.
“Amazing, beautiful, loving and thoughtful work breathing new life into a tiny creature whose life was over before it had a chance to begin,” Moore wrote. “So glad I could give it a place to be appreciated,” he continued.
Rose also appreciated Moore’s recognition of her work, sharing a photo of the pair posing with Darren.
“I can’t imagine a better home for him than this amazing human being,” Rose captioned her post, “Thank you @demimoore for opening your home to me and Darren yesterday. Hope you have the best birthday ever!”

A taxidermied donkey wasn’t the only detail that made Moore’s birthday special!
The actor shared more photos of his birthday on Monday afternoon on Instagram. Moore showed off her balloons in the first photo and reflected on her big day, writing, “Throwback to my birthday weekend because I’m just getting started. Loving 60!”
Moore, who released her memoir called “Inside Out” in 2019, also shared a video on her post, where the birthday babe can be seen showing off her party outfit and dancing along to a disco tune in her closet!
Celebs were ready to wish Moore a happy birthday in the comments of the photo set!
Singer (and wife of Tom Hanks) Rita Wilson wrote, “You gave sixty-one girls a good name!”
Comedian and influencer Brittany Furlan also wished Moore a happy birthday, writing, “You look amazing and look like you feel amazing too!!!!”
Moore has definitely shown she’s feeling great on Instagram this year! She has been sharing quite a few bikini clad photos over the past few months!
