“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Diana Jenkins has certainly had a busy week.
On Friday, news broke that he would not be attending the upcoming ‘RHOBH’ reunion in person due to a COVID-19 diagnosis.
The news comes just a day after it was revealed Jenkins was at the center of a lawsuit in which, according to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Jenkins “attempted to unmask the person behind the anonymous social media account, which attacked his friend. – star, Garcelle Beauvais, makes it look like she does.”
However, from the looks of her Instagram account, Jenkins isn’t going to let the tough situations in her life stop her from smiling. On Thursday, she posted a selfie with ‘RHOBH’ star Dorit Kemsley, in which Jenkins looked happy!

What Are the Details Around the Claim?
Jenkins also posted a screenshot of the aforementioned legal document on Instagram, two days ago.
He revealed more details about the situation in the caption of the photo.
Jenkins wrote, “My attorney filed a lawsuit today in Los Angeles superior court to identify and hold accountable these people who used bots to send hateful social media messages to Garcelle’s son. The lawsuit says it all: ‘It was wrong to send racist and bullying message to a 14 year old boy. It is wrong to pretend that someone else is responsible for sending the message. And it is wrong to mastermind this campaign of hate without anonymity. This action is to unmask and hold the bankrupt accountable morally who have assaulted a child and put the blame for their actions on Ms. Jenkins.”

According to our section on the lawsuit, the document also reads, “This is a message that the Defendant intentionally conveyed to a fourteen-year-old boy about him, his mother, and his family. It was a despicable message. While the Defendant had full knowledge that Ms. Jenkins had nothing to do with this message being sent to Ms. Beauvais’ fourteen-year-old son or anyone else, the Defendants sent the message with the intent that they would be falsely attributed to Ms. Jenkins for the purpose of damaging Ms. Jenkins’ reputation.”
The report also revealed Jenkins’ name had been cleared by an investigation into the situation.

“An investigation into the account confirmed that the comments almost certainly came from a bot and not a real person,” our report continued, “For example, the account described above lacks personal information about the user, has a suspicious handle that combines many numbers, several posts and some of the posts were all on the same day, posted comments with poor grammar, and were made within the past few months,” the report went on to detail.
Our report goes on to detail the investigation’s mention of certain situations that have been featured during the current season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” but it also emphasizes that Beauvais and Jenkins “have not crossed any lines” regarding the situation during any tense exchanges between the two.”

Jenkins flashed a big smile in her photo where she was featured alongside Kemsley, rocking a black Halloween-inspired top paired with an orange jacket and pants combo.
Kemsley is featured in a head-to-toe black ensemble, with a hint of feathers and feathers.
