Kanye West is back… to Twitter.
The rapper made a subtle yet poignant re-debut on the platform.
His return comes just a day after former president Donald Trump’s account was restored.
Coincidence… I don’t think so.

Kanye’s first tweet since his account was temporarily blocked earlier this month was, “Taking a test to see if my Twitter is unblocked.”
A few hours later he tweeted, “Shalom :).”
Kanye West Appears to Make Peace Offer to Jews

“Shalom” is used as a greeting by Jews at meetings or partings, meaning “peace.”
You’ll recall the reason his Twitter account was temporarily blocked was because of his anti-Semitic comments.
So, does his use of the Jewish greeting mean that he is making a peace offering with the Jewish community?
Possible.
It’s a waiting game at this point, and we’ll have to see what else he tweets or says in interviews.
What Will He Say Next?!?

Earlier this month, the rapper’s fashion designer announced he was going on a “cleanse”.
On Thursday, November 3, the “Donda” rapper revealed “I haven’t talked to nooobody in a month.”
The tweet was accompanied by a screenshot that read, “I’m taking a 30 day CLEANSE. ORAL FASTING. NO ALCOHOL. NO ADULT MOVIES. NO INTERCUSSION. IN ALLAH WE PRAISE, AMEN.”
However, his pledge did not end there.

Kanye vowed to keep his Twitter account active writing, “BUT MY TWITTER IS STILL ON.”
Obviously, it hasn’t been a month since he announced the cleanup, which could make for a very interesting November break.
Many Twitter users and followers commented on Kanye’s tweet, “We don’t care.”
Others urged him to “Make better music.”
His purge comes after a month-long anti-Semitic rant that saw him temporarily banned from Instagram and Twitter, losing business deals with Balenciaga, Gap, Adidas, JP Morgan Chase, and his talent agency CAA.
In early October, the “Jesus Is King” rapper threatened to do “deathcon 3 on JEWS” in a tweet.

He followed that tweet with several national television interviews in which he doubled down and tripled down on his anti-Jewish remarks.
In an interview with Piers Morgan, the former billionaire was asked, “Do you now regret saying, ‘Deathcon 3 on the Jews?’ Do you regret saying that?”
He replied, “No. Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Absolutely not.”
Piers said Kanye’s “deathcon 3” comments were “as racist as anything you say you’ve been through and any pain you’ve been through.”
“Racism is racism. You know that, I think, don’t you?” Morgan continues to press Kanye.
He replied, “Yes, that’s why I said it. I fight fire with fire. I’m not here to be bothered. That’s a different kind of freedom fighter.”

Kanye seems to be taking a step back from his defensiveness to apologize.
Talk about a contradiction.
“You know, I will apologize to the people I hurt with defcon [comment] – the confusion I caused. I think I caused hurt and confusion,” he said. “And I’m sorry for the families of people who had nothing to do with the trauma I went through.”
This interview comes shortly after Kanye’s News Nation interview with Chris Cuomo.
During the interview, the rapper talked about how the “Jewish underground media mafia” ruined his career.
.@ChrisCuomo Ye questions if there is a possibility that the antisemitic comments he made violated the social media app’s community guidelines. “I don’t believe in that term… I also classify as Jewish, so I can’t really be antisemitic,” Ye said.

Ironically, in the same interview he said he doesn’t believe in the term, “antisemite,” because “I also classify as a Jew, so I can’t really be an antisemite.”
Kanye claims Jewish media executives sabotaged his “White Lives Matter” show during Paris Fashion Week.
He also hates the fact that they call him “rapper” and not “millionaire.”
