In a surprising turn of events, Online Radar broke the news that Kroy Biermann was the one who actually pulled the plug on the marriage.
Online Radar has obtained a court filing from Kroy against Kim dated Monday, May 8. Kroy allegedly stated the two had separated because the marriage was “irretrievable”.
He even listed their wedding date as November 11, Memorial Day!
In Kroy’s petition, he reportedly claimed the young children the couple shared were in his custody. “The child is now in care, custody and control [Kroy]and [Kroy] claim temporary and permanent sole legal and physical custody of the minor.”
Kroy also legally adopted Kim’s two daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann.

The juicy filing also claims that one of the reasons why he ended his marriage was because of money. He said, “The parties have accumulated certain debts and obligations during this marriage, and the Plaintiff seeks an equitable distribution.”
In a famous clip from Kim’s spin-off show Don’t Be Late, the family took a little break from their RV trip, and Kim proceeded to spend over $1200 on scratch tickets. He ended up making $36.
Don’t forget that the couple’s house has been threatened with foreclosure. There is even a set date for the public auction. It’s pretty much common knowledge. However, Kim is making a video about leaving her home when she’s ready. Well, it looks like the really happy part doesn’t fit.
In court documents, Kroy requested exclusive access to the home in order to continue raising their four children undisturbed. “[Kroy] shows that [Kim] shall be prevented and ordered from coming to the residence after he has vacated.” Like, shit, what’s going on?

The Biermanns are also facing some tax backlash now. A tax lien by the IRS revealed the couple owed $103,564.48 for 2013, $330,126.29 for 2017 and $714,143.90 for 2018. All of this adds up to a staggering $1,147,834.67.
It looks like Kim is trying to get ahead of the drama because TMZ reports she filed for divorce from Kroy and lists their separation date as April 30. He also claimed primary custody of their young children.
The pair live together, and Kim is said to want to leave Kroy for a while now. The divorce shocked fans of the couple because if Bravo fans could put money on whose marriage would live past the Bravo reveal, it would be these two!
