But, during a recent Q&A on social media, the housewife may have revealed the real secret behind her weight loss.
February 15 will mark seven months since Richards put an alcoholic drink to his lips.
Her health and wellness journey also includes cutting back on alcohol and maintaining her sobriety.
Richards Can Attribute Her Weight Loss To Patience!

When asked if he missed drinking, Richards replied, “Actually I don’t miss it at all. I feel amazing, so don’t look at that now.”
As for losing his cocktail of choice, the margarita… “So far, no.”
Richards doesn’t have a specific timeline on her sobriety journey, but she does know she will NOT be drinking while filming season 13 of ‘RHOBH.’

Speaking to “TV Extra,” the ‘RHOBH’ star set the record straight about her rapid and drastic weight loss.

“Sometimes I turn my cheek the other way and ignore it, but I work really hard and it really bothers me,” Bravolebrity said. “I want to be an inspiration to people. So don’t think I’m taking the easy way out.”
Richards goes on to explain, “Follow what I do and you will see a change.”
“I really put a lot of effort into my diet and exercise and taking care of myself, so when people like to think I take the easy way out, it’s disappointing,” she continued.
Richards began facing Ozempic weight loss claims in 2022.

Many people who do not have Type 2 Diabetes or obesity have taken it simply to lose weight. It became so uncontrollable that it caused shortages across the country.

Richards responded to the allegations in her Instagram comments section by writing, “”This is not from plastic surgery. I am honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery credit makes you feel better then go for it.”
He doubled down on never using Ozempic on a different social media post writing, “I do NOT take Ozempic. Never.”
Several ‘Real Housewives’ took an “Ozempic opportunity” to throw each other under the bus.

He appeared on Sirius XM’s “Jeff Lewis Live” where he told Andy Cohen that he only thought that Richards was using a drug that some people call a miracle drug.
“I’m not going to lie, when I first saw it, I was like, ‘Ooh he’s taking that thing,'” she told the drama-loving host.
But after putting her foot in her mouth, she’s quick to brag about how great Richards is at keeping her body naturally in shape.
“And then, when he said that, I was like, ‘Oh OK maybe not.’ You know, I don’t know. I didn’t even text him and ask him,” said Gorga.
