Diddy set the record straight when he was accused of owning artists’ money. In particular, he put Ma$e on blast.

DJ. Envy asked Diddy what he thought about one of Ma$e’s artists, Fivio Foreign accusing the rapper of taking advantage of him and not paying him money owed when Ma$e had made similar accusations against Diddy.
The question provoked an outcry in the publisher. “First of all, I didn’t do anything to him,” Diddy said in his defense. He went on to say “there is negative propaganda being released about me that is untrue and completely tarnished… trying to tarnish my legacy,” he alleged.
“If you think I’m a bastard who ever steals anything, my name is DIDDY, Sean Combs, I’ve never taken anything from anybody a day in my life,” he said, beating his chest with his hand.
Diddy Takes Pride in Helping Others
The rapper stated that if anything he has given people a chance to refer to artists like Cassie, Faith Evans, 112, Rick Ross, Machine Gun Kelly, Bow Wow, and Janelle Monae. Really, the list is long.
“I opened the door,” claimed Diddy who was quickly challenged by host Charlamagne Tha God, who asked, “so you don’t steal from artists?” Diddy replied “never” but Charlemagne reminded him that the narrative didn’t just come from an artist.
Diddy half-jokingly claims he’s currently working on something with previous artists to “get them together” and clear his name. But one artist who may not appear is Ma$e.

The rapper moved to address the rumors that Ma$e has been claiming for years. “The Ma$e thing,” he shrugs nonchalantly, “I did one album with Ma$e, one album. How much money do you think I owe man?
Diddy grew angry about the situation, almost caught in a cycle of disbelief, “one album, and then he’s a fake pastor.” Not only did Diddy call him loyalty to a false religion, but he also claimed that Ma$e cheated his congregation.

Diddy Says He’s $3 Million In The Hole

While it was physically clear that the rapper was trying to keep to himself and not be too hard on Ma$e, at one point, when prompted by Chrlamagne to ask how much Ma$e allegedly owed Diddy, he said.
“Ma$e owes me 3 million dollars, that’s a fact, I got the receipt,” he said confidently. DJ Envy confirmed that in part for Diddy’s second album he advanced Ma$e to do the album but she “never delivered”.
Diddy confirmed but humbly stated he has no plans to go back and forth with Ma$e or anyone for that matter. He’s always going to speak for himself and that’s the point.
“The truth will be the truth, if you think I owe you, show me the receipt, you’ll be paid in 24 hours.”
Ma$e has yet to comment on the allegations.
