Diddy’s reputation continues to suffer, as the music mogul has been sued for sexual assault for the fifth time since his ex-girlfriend Cassie filed her claim.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the Bad Boys Record founder is being sued by Jane Doe who claims Diddy was “sex trafficked and gang-raped” when he was only in the 11th grade.
The lawsuit alleges the rapper committed acts that were “more horrific” than those brought by previous victims.
Diddy Sues For Gang Rape & Sex Trafficking
In the filing, the victim, who has chosen to go by Jane Doe to protect her identity, claims she was gang-raped and sex-trafficked by Diddy and his friends in 2003 when she was just 17 years old.

Law firm Wigdor LLP filed a federal lawsuit on his behalf against Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, and Harve Pierre, President of Mr. Combs, Bad Boy Entertainment, and even the “third striker”.
The woman claimed in her complaint that “Mr. Pierre approached him in a lounge in Michigan, near where he was living at the time, and told him that he was “good friends” with Mr. Combs. He continued to call Mr. Combs, who is in New York City.”
During their conversation on the phone, she claims “Mr. Combs convinced her, then half his age, to accompany Mr. Pierre and the Third Striker on a private jet to come to his studio in New York City.” However, before boarding the private jet, “Mr. Pierre smoked cocaine in the lounge bathroom, where he also sexually assaulted her by forcing her to give him oral sex.”
Diddy Allegedly Forced His Rape Victim To Pinch Her
Once the trio reached Diddy’s studio, the filing alleges “the defendant drugged Ms. Doe with drugs and alcohol and brutally gang-raped her, one by one.”
The document continued, “As the night wore on, 17-year-old Ms. Doe became increasingly intoxicated, eventually to the point where she was unlikely to agree to have sex with anyone, much less someone twice her age.”
The plaintiff claims that while Diddy was raping her, she complained that he couldn’t “get off unless he pinched her nipples as hard as he could.”

After that, “Mr. Pierre took turns raping Ms. Doe and then violently forced her to give him oral sex, during which Ms. Doe choked and struggled to breathe. When Mr. Pierre finished, he left Ms. Doe in the bathroom alone. Ms. Doe fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor.”
The document further stated, “Finally, after a period of time, Ms. Doe recovered. However, she was barely able to stand following the gang rape and had to be helped out of the building and back into the car. He was taken back to the airport and flown back to Michigan.”
Ms. Doe attached a photo of her encounter with Diddy that fateful night, but her face is blurry. He claims he has “lived with the memories of this fateful night for 20 years, during which he has experienced extreme emotional stress that has affected almost every aspect of his life and personal relationships.”
Plaintiff is seeking injunctive, declaratory and monetary relief against Defendant, alleging that “the amount in controversy in this matter exceeds $75,000.”
In a statement to The Blast about the case, Douglas H. Wigdor, founding partner of Wigdor LLP said: “As alleged in the complaint, the Defendant preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved charges against him. drugs and alcohol and transported her by private jet to New York City where she was gang-raped by three individual defendants in the studio of Mr. Combs. The depravity of this despicable act has, not surprisingly, affected our clients for life.”
Diddy and his team have yet to respond to the allegations.
