Diplo’s Roof Is On Fire

The music producer performed a set this week and in the middle of yelling “roof, roof,” you know the rest, he cut to a video of part of the top floor literally on fire. Diplo looks like he’s having the time of his life performing at a beach bar.
“Just a regular Mexican pool party right? No,” wrote.
“I made a mistake playing this,” he wrote as he played the hit song during his set. Then it’s a raging fire in the bar and the caption on the screen reads, “10 minutes later this happened upstairs.”
A whole fire breaks out in a Mexican bar. Diplo jumped in the comments and explained what happened. “Everybody’s fine, just a grease fire (but I think it’s the music I’m playing),” he joked.
Yes, we automatically think it’s music too! One of the patrons at the show jumped in the comments to confirm what Diplo wrote. “It’s Lit ?,” joked.

The DJ also joked in the caption “never played it again,” after realizing the harsh effect his set had on the venue. Ahead of the show, Diplo was spotted relaxing on a beach in Mexico looking radiant before the day’s partying began.
He has a few female friends with him who are also basking in the musician’s recent glow leading some of his fans to worry that he will slow down on touring and making music after news broke that he was selling his catalog.
Diplo’s Mad Decent catalog has been purchased by ICONOCLAST, a branding and technology firm that preserves the legacy of culturally relevant artists. So chances are we’ll be hearing more Diplo songs in movies and TV series.

So, it looks like Diplo needs that beach time after being done in negotiations for how long it took to seal the deal. Based on the amount of fun that Diplo looked like before and after the grease fire, it’s probably safe to say that he’s not slowing down anytime soon and he’s definitely avoiding a major mess with the fire.
