DJ Khaled & Wife Nicole Tuck Are Eager To Expand Their Family With Daughter

Although DJ Khaled and his ever-supportive wife Nicole Tuck are parents to two adorable sons, they want a bigger family and are working towards it.

They intend to add a third child to their brood and recently revealed it, announcing the specific gender they want!

Khaled and his wife have been “praying and working for a girl,” according to what he told Page Six at the Shawn Carter Foundation’s 20th anniversary gala. The event was held in New York City on Tuesday, July 14, hosted by Jay-Z and his mother, Mrs. Gloria Carter.

The phenomenal DJ also spoke about his son, whom he trained to work hard amid the widespread controversy over “no babies” in the entertainment industry. “The kids hang out with mom and dad every day, and they see us work every day,” he said. “So that’s how you teach your kids how to hustle.”

Khaled continued, “You lead them to greatness, and you lead them to love. I tell Asahd and Aalam every day that if they want shoes, I tell them Daddy has to work hard to keep buying boxes and boxes.”

Nevertheless, he and his wife guaranteed that the boy would always get whatever he wanted. “That’s what all mothers and fathers strive to do,” explained the 47-year-old. “But we also want them to be able to grow up and do whatever they want.”

She also mentioned that she and Tuck did everything for their kids, so she wanted them to “take the blessing to carry on the legacy and take it wherever they want to go.”

In another chat with Hollywood Life, Khaled and his significant other talked about how they’ve made their relationship work over the years despite fame, their busy careers and their children. Gazing lovingly at Tuck on the red carpet, the record executive called him his “best friend” before briefly interjecting, “You gotta be real all the time.”

Khaled later emphasized that they were a “genuine and real family” with “happy moments” that were “the happiest,” while giving special credit to his wife of more than a decade.

“But, my Queen, she always keeps it real,” he continued. “And I keep it real all the time. In any relationship, you must be true and genuine.” In addition, the producer of “All I Do Is Win” believes that for any relationship to work and be true, the couple needs to “stand by each other’s side” through the good times and the hard times and “even when it rains.”

Elaborating on his partner, he said he feels lucky to have “a queen” who has his back” while declaring that he would do anything for her because he “got her back, front, sides, head and feet!”

Although Khaled and Tuck are trying to have another child, the record producer once mentioned in a 2021 interview with US Magazine that he’s fine with “whatever God gives.” He went on to state, “Me and my queen, we talk about it every once in a while… She’s just had two sons, our two beautiful sons, and [I want to] make sure he’s right.”

Becoming a father is a “dream come true” for Khaled, as he has always wanted it throughout his adult life. Fortunately, God blessed him with “two beautiful boys” through an “amazing mother,” causing him to declare in a 2021 interview: “This is the best feeling I’ve ever felt in my life because it’s pure.”

The Grammy winner doesn’t hesitate to show off her sons on social media, starting with Asahd, whose entire birth was documented on Snapchat. The 6-year-old seems to be following in his father’s footsteps as he has been spotted several times on social media helping out at the studio.

He is also a very good brother to Aalam, whose name was initially not revealed at birth but was announced by Khaled while accepting the Grammy Award in 2020.
