On November 16, the rapper was hit with a federal lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting and abusing Cassie during their on-off relationship between 2005 and 2018. Some have argued that the scandal may have hit closer to home because of Kimora’s ex-husband Russell Simmons , is also accused of sexually assaulting multiple women from 1988-2014.

As for the lawsuit itself, court documents obtained by The Blast reveal that Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, is referred to as a “sex trafficking victim.” The singer, in a legal filing, claims that Diddy controlled and abused her for more than a decade.
The Harlem native is also accused of drugging, beating, and forcing the “Long Way” performer to have sex with male sex workers, all caught on camera. In her lawsuit, the 37-year-old further asserted that Diddy broke into her home after the relationship ended, forcing her to have sex.
Cassie added that the record producer told her to carry her gun in her purse probably to instill fear and reinforce her dominance. He also continued to imply that he was responsible for blowing up the car of his suitor, Kid Cudi, whom he saw as a rival.
