Actress Drew Barrymore likes to feel liberated.
The TV personality shared in a recent episode of her show that she walks around her house naked because she feels it’s the “most liberating act” she can do. The mother of two shared that she only does this when her children are not with their father.

On Thursday’s episode of her eponymous show, the “50 First Dates” actress revealed that she’s not a fan of dressing up when alone at home. The award-winning tv personality hosts the show with guest Dennis Rodman and regular co-host Ross Matthews.
“If I ever get alone in my apartment and my kids have gone to their dad’s house, and there’s nobody around, like, I’ll lock all the doors, and I’ll walk around naked,” the “Charlie’s Angels” star said, per Insider.
Regarding her act of going unclothed in those moments of solitude, Barrymore explained how she felt like she had released some heavy shackles from her body.
He added, “It felt like the most liberating thing I could do.” The topic came up during a “Drew News” segment, where he, Mathews, and Rodman discussed “Law and Order: Organized Crime” actor Christopher Meloni recently revealed to Many people that he exercises naked.

Before revealing the secret, Barrymore asked Rodman if he shared the same thoughts. He said, per make decisions, “Dennis, I’ve seen the trailer for The Surreal Life, which you’re a cast member of this season, and you also look pretty comfortable without clothes, like, why are you like a free bird?”
The investigative TV personality referenced a scene from the trailer where Rodman is seen walking around shirtless. In response, the retired NBA star said: “I like to be free. I like to be a very open person.”
On the other hand, Matthews revealed that he has no problem “with people who are naked and want to be naked.” However, he said he couldn’t wrap his head around the whole exercise process naked.
Mathews chimed in, “Those who exercise naked – imagine a jumping jack, if you will. Whoever you are, everything, you know.”
He Doesn’t Think Being Single Is A Big Problem

Barrymore is known for her unabashed frankness and optimistic outlook on life. Last month, she shared more intimate details about her life on her show, revealing she can go years without having sex.
The actor revealed the happy news while talking to Matthews about Andrew Garfield’s confession that he was celibate for a year and a half to prepare for his role as a priest in the 2016 film “Silence.” Garfield previously opened up about the details when he appeared on the “WTF” podcast hosted by Marc Maron.
“What’s wrong with me that six months doesn’t seem like that long?” Barrymore joked to the audience, per Insider.
The actress then shared that she was not impressed by Garfield’s confession before adding that she could go years without having sex.
Drew Barrymore ‘Not Someone Who Needs Sex’

This month, Barrymore later reiterated her stance, saying that she has no “need” for sex because she knows that physical intimacy is not the same as love.
“I’m in a completely different place in my life, and maybe in the near future I’ll be in a relationship… but it’s not my priority,” the TV personality wrote in a blog post, per Page Six. “So I’m not someone who needs sex and needs to go out there and engage with people on that level.”
He added. “I am deeply committed to cultivating how young girls, my daughters, and myself, as a woman, should function in this world!”
Barrymore shares two children, Olive, 9, and Frankie, 8, with ex-husband Will Kopelman, who she split from in 2016. She was previously married to two others, Tom Green from 2001 to 2002 and Jeremy Thomas from 1994 to 1995.
