He added, “The incredible team that brings the dance hall to life every night has been my family for the past 17 years. I am so excited to be reunited with Alfonso, Carrie Ann, Bruno, Derek, incredibly talented professionals, and amazing actors on the dance floor.”

Now fans are voicing their opinions on the hosting change as Julianne Hough makes her official debut, replacing “America’s Next Top Model” star Tyra Banks and joining “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” cast member Alfonso Ribeiro.

The ABC show redesigned the Mirror Ball Trophy in honor of the late head judge, Len Goodman, who died earlier this year. “Dancing With the Stars” executive producer Conrad Green revealed the news earlier this week. “The Len Goodman Mirrorball trophy will now be raised on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ like the Vince Lombardi trophy won at the Super Bowl,” he said.
