Dylan Sprouse took to Instagram to share his love and support for his twin brother, Cole Sprouse, now that his seven-year run on the CW’s “Riverdale” has ended.

The cast of “Riverdale” has said goodbye as the show officially ends filming after seven seasons. Now, Cole Sprouse’s twin brother, Dylan Sprouse, is taking to social media to express how proud he is of his brother.

“The boys are finally wrapping up Riverdale after so many years,” Sprouse wrote. “Proud and excited to have him back, although before that these are just some of my favorite videos he sent me while in Vancouver. A snapshot of years of hard work and the delirium he endured in the process. Congratulations to the entire team.”

He shared a handful of different videos of Cole Sprouse while he was off filming the show in Vancouver.

Fans loved seeing the support from Dylan as they took to the comments section to share things like “cole through her disney career not singing just to sing in riverdale. love ?” and “I LOVE THEIR SM SIBLINGS ??”.

Another wrote, “This makes me so happy !!! So proud of you @colesprouse,” while one fan said, “I really can’t decide which video is worse, they all make me happy and uncomfortable ??. “

And one of his followers said, “Awh nothing can compare to the love between twins, I wish I had twins?✨.”

More On ‘Riverdale’ Finale

“Riverdale” has aired on the CW since 2017. The show is based on the Archie Comics series and stars KJ Apa as Archie Andrews, Lili Reinhart as Betty Cooper, Cole Sprouse as Jughead Jones, Camila Mendes as Veronica Lodge, Madelaine Petsch as Cheryl Blossom, Vanessa Morgan as Toni Topaz, Casey Cott as Kevin Keller, and Ashleigh Murray as Josie McCoy.

Others took to social media to say goodbye to the show, including Vanessa Morgan, who shared a carousel of photos from her last day of filming at Pop — the popular restaurant location associated with the CW show. In the first image, Morgan is seen looking at her real-life costar and close friend, Madelaine Petsch, who portrays Cheryl Blossom on the show.

“Our last milkshake, our last scene at Pops ? cried through it,” Morgan wrote alongside the photo. “We’re filming the last week of Riverdale. Emotional is an understatement but more grateful for my Riverdale family than ever. KJ Apa, who plays Archie Andrews on the show, also shared a selfie with Lili Reinhart, who played Betty Cooper on the series, during their final moments on the “Riverdale” set.

“The last 10 minutes of this set. @lilireinhart,” Apa wrote the sweet caption.

The seventh and final season of “Riverdale” debuts March 29 on the CW. The series finale will air on August 23, 2023. Seasons one through six are currently streaming on Netflix.
