The wife of notorious Mexican cartel boss Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán partied at a Los Angeles club days after his early release from federal custody on drug-trafficking charges.
Emma Coronel Aispuro, 33, arrived at an event hosted by her lawyer, Mariel Colón Miró, at the Lynwood El Farallon venue Friday night with her entire entourage by her side, TMZ has confirmed.
Cozying up on a couch in the club’s private VIP section surrounded by a massive security presence, the former teen beauty queen was seen sipping drinks and making up for lost time with friends.
“As soon as I get out, I’m going straight to FARALLON,” the club, located south of Los Angeles, captioned Coronel Aispuro’s post on the red carpet.
The outlet reported he was mostly left alone overnight as he began to adjust to life outside of federal custody.
