The country music singer was the one who thought that Elle needed a man to argue with after she started beating her butt fast in some good time games. Elle and Chris appear on Barmageddon, a new show on the USA Network.
It was created and hosted by Blake Shelton and Carson Daly and the premise is to have two startups face off in a series of bar games such as “air cannon cornhole,” “keg curling” and “drunk ax hole.” Elle blows Chris off the leaderboard and speaks profanity while doing so.
The “Drowned” singer didn’t take too well to badmouthing or losing and hitting back at Elle or rather her “husband” because we don’t talk down to women in this day and age. “Take your wife!” she shouted to Dan Tooker, Elle’s longtime partner, and father of her child.

After taunting Chris and winning a bar game, Elle takes offense to the comment and turns it into art. He named his latest single and album “Come Get Your Wife” after the ridiculous situation.
Elle wrote in one of several posts about the situation. “Remember that one time I beat a fool in a game and he yelled, “Let’s get your wife!” to my partner!?!? And I’m not married! Lol. Thanks for the album title, baby ? Every song comes from an influence all genres, and I now know country music is where I belong. #ComeGetYourWife is out now, available everywhere.”
In another post, Elle shared a video of herself talking about the new album. ‘Hey guys, I’m so excited, record me, let’s get your wife out today.”
Elle went on to share, “the title of this record came because some famous bastard was tied up yelling come get your wife and I’m like I’m not married, just because I kicked her ass in the game.”
At the time he joked to himself that it would be fun to call his record that but then, he actually did! Elle teased Chris one last time, “I made it and then I won the game,” she said and blew kisses to whoever was watching.

The former Voice the judge also shared with ET months ago that Chris was too hard on the fun-loving show. “Chris Young is very competitive,” he told the host and Page Six also shared that a source said Elle went through it that day.
“I’m sure the network would cut him to make him not look that bad, but once he started kicking the a– in the bar game and talking s–t like that guy did, he couldn’t take it anymore. He looked red,” they recalled.
The source continued. “He called her name and then shouted over his head to a man who was with him that he’d better ‘Take your wife’ — what was he going to do? very stupid. The whole crew saw and heard it.”
