Nice to see this development from @Apple. @GooglePlay what are you going to do about apps that are used to organize violence on your platform? https://t.co/wWVSERcRSH

A Twitter file on the suppression of free speech will soon be published on Twitter itself. The public deserves to know what really happened…
— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) November 28, 2022
Musk then seemed to double down on his commitment to free speech by threatening to reveal the “Twitter File on suppression of free speech.” He tweeted, “Twitter files on suppression of free speech will soon be published on Twitter itself. The public deserves to know what really happened…”
They will all be made up! There was no suppression of free speech before you took over, it was suppression of speech that was fake news and inciting violence like Trump and Jordan Peterman’s tweets… fabricated evidence will only erode trust even more for Twitter
— Nomad (@Nomad_1x) November 28, 2022
Even so, at least one user is skeptical about what information Musk might reveal. “They will all be fake!” a user commented. “There was no crackdown on free speech before you took over, it was a crackdown on speech that was fake news and incitement to violence like Trump and Jordan Peterman’s tweets… fabricated evidence will only erode trust even more for Twitter.”
