The shame on you the actor shared the exciting news on Instagram today and a few pictures commemorated the moment. “04.05.23,” Rossum wrote. “On a foggy Wednesday morning, our son was born.”
Rossum shared her son’s footprint, date of birth, time of delivery, 10:40 a.m., weight, 6 pounds 10 ounces, and length, 19.5 inches. Based on all the information we got about little man Rossum was thrilled to meet this person who had been inhabiting his body for nine months.
She shared a photo of her pregnant belly, looking ready to burst. She unbuttoned her shirt so her followers could get the best view of her stomach. Rossum has been all belly during her pregnancy.
She is one of those pregnant people who don’t look pregnant from behind. Also, it’s important to point out that Rossum didn’t tell anyone she was expecting. Like her last pregnancy, she hid the big news and her obvious belly from her social media fans and the paps.

There’s no word on a name yet, but Rossum has shared one last photo of her baby boy’s tiny lips and chubby cheeks. He was wrapped in a blanket like a little burrito. She tagged her husband, writer/director Sam Esmail who is sadly no longer on Instagram because Facebook has it—enough said.
The two tied the knot in 2017 after dating for several years. This new baby is the second for the couple.
Since sharing the news, Rossum has quickly left IG and is likely doing her mother’s duties. Rossum hasn’t kept her fans updated on her pregnancy progress or photos here and there. He is very private about his personal life.

This past Mother’s Day, Rossum shared some memorable moments from her first year as a mom, and this year, she’s welcomed a new baby and will be celebrating her second Mother’s Day with baby #2. Will she have baby #3 by next Mother’s Day?
“Mother’s Day. The first year was full of playing, crawling, eating, pacifiers, and holding hands. I’m so grateful to be your mom.,” she wrote. Emmy shared a photo of her baby girl curled up in front of her, drawing hands, crawling, or at least try, enjoy a day at the park. So many fun milestones!
Rossum’s friends, fans and family flooded her comments section with love for her new bundle of joy and the journey of having two children. “Very beautiful. Congratulations to you and your family!”
