As we reported, Christina Fulton is suing Erika Jayne for allegedly possessing $745,000 in “stolen property.” The suit accuses two lawyers working for Erika’s estranged husband of breach of their fiduciary duty, and legal malpractice, saying he “was one of the firm’s clients who, unfortunately, was the victim of this fraud and theft.” Fulton hired the firm of ‘Giardi Keese’ to represent him “in connection with a claim based on serious injuries he sustained in an automobile accident on or about January 1, 2016.” The case was settled in 2019.
The lawsuit alleges Erika’s company — EJ Global LLC — “was created for the purpose of funneling money from Girardi Keese to benefit Erika.” Additionally, the documents allege that Girardi used Erika’s company to avoid paying taxes.

Erika clearly knew that for tax years 2011 through 2013, the FTB found that the entity created as a tax evasion entity,” he said.
