The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is at the center of a storm of lawsuits and allegations following her divorce from her husband of two decades, Tom Girardi.

The celebration did not last long. A month later, Jayne and his company, EJ Global LLC “were named in a new $2.1 million complaint,” obtained by People Magazine.
According to the documents, the ‘RHOBH’ star “aided and abetted” her ex-husband “in his alleged misconduct at his law firm, Girardi & Keese.” (per The Blast)

In early April Jayne was charged as “A frontwoman” who had “sold the world (including unsuspecting customers) that Girardi Keese was successful” in a lawsuit filed by the law firm Edelson PC seeking “no less than $55 dollars in damages,” according to one of our reports.
In late July, Jayne was hit with a $50 million lawsuit as she returned from a Hawaiian vacation she took with her ‘RHOBH’ co-stars Lisa Rinna and Diana Jenkins.

What Are the Latest Developments Regarding Jayne’s Legal Battle?
Yesterday Jayne’s attorney Evan C. Borges revealed a new legal victory for his client to Page Six.
Earlier this spring Jayne was the target of a lawsuit alleging she had participated in “Obstructing the investigation of a $5 million fraud lawsuit filed against her to gain an ‘unfair advantage in litigation,'” according to the outlet.
Los Angeles-based judge Richard Fruin ruled there was no evidence to the lawsuit’s claims by Girardi’s two former lawyers that Jayne had been involved in “aiding and abetting Girardi in his alleged crimes.”
Page Six also reports Phillip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn, two of Girardi’s co-workers “alleged the reality star knew her ex-husband had used a cut of their settlement to fund her lavish lifestyle.”

On Monday, August 29, Fruin “ruled that the plaintiffs failed to prove that the ‘RHOBH’ star had any ‘actual knowledge of Girardi’s alleged crimes.’

Jayne showed her excitement about the decision on display earlier today when she shared a screenshot of the Page Six article on her Instagram feed.
In her caption for the photo, she wrote, “Thank you to my friends who have stood by me. All I ask for is time and understanding.” Her winning post includes a variety of festive emojis!
As of this writing, none of Jayne’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” stars have commented on the photo.
However, some of his famous friends, including the official Instagram account of Marc Jacobs, have left their congratulations!
