Erika Girardi was photographed at her home in Los Angeles today and she didn’t look impressed. Does Tom’s claim have anything to do with that?

The disgraced and dismissed lawyer was also seen today leaving his assisted living home. This is the first time anyone has seen Tom in public since he was officially charged with stealing $18 million from his clients which included the families of victims of the 2018 Lion Air crash.
Tom, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s late in March 2021, smiled at the camera through the window as he drove past from the back seat of the car. He, unfortunately, looks confused and very sick, we can see why Erika has a hard time ignoring his calls.
He wore a blue collared shirt that was more basic than anything Tom would wear before going to his Giardi Keesen boutique law office.

The Daily Mail reported that Erika was hosting some friends and they grabbed her as she opened the gate to let them in. The singer held her dog Tiago while her friends gathered and closed the gate behind them.
Erika seems annoyed that the paps are here hanging out in front of her gated home, especially since she no longer has the million dollar earrings and supposedly has nothing to do with Tom anymore.
He did look flying as hell with that annoyed look on his face! The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wore a beige tracksuit and she wore her face but only a mini version, pretty and light makeup.
The dramatic singer’s blonde locks were straightened and draped over her shoulders. He saw the paps watching him and probably wondered why they were hanging around this time. We can’t imagine her missing the latest on Tom.

As we mentioned above, Tom and his co-conspirators, his son-in-law David Lira, and his CFO have been sued for $18 million. The charges stem from two states, Chicago and Los Angeles.
In addition to the mismanagement of Lyon Air’s money, victims of the Indonesian plane crash were also involved in this scheme. Girardi faces several charges including, fraud and theft. The lawsuit was originally filed in 2020 around the same time Erika was trying to call it quits on Tom (weird divorce situation there).
Erika’s fans have been able to see the blonde’s spirited deal with the drama on RHOBH. Many of her cast members such as Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley and Lisa Rinna have supported the singer during this difficult time, but that support can only go so far.

Eventually, the likes of Sutton Stracke, Garcelle, and even Dorit began to question Erika’s steadfast behavior toward the victim especially when she refused to hand over the earrings and claimed at the reunion that it was for “litigation reasons.”
None of the friends who appear are in the cast so we can assume that filming has not yet resumed.
