Jeffrey “JV” Vandergrift was missing for a week when his wife Natasha Yi said he was “not coming back” in a heartbreaking statement.

Natasha Yi and Jeffrey “JV” Vandergrift tied the knot in 2006, after three years of dating. The two had a Mayan wedding in Mexico. Fast forward to another 11 years together, the couple then renewed their vows in 2017.
The couple was happy. They like to make videos together and co-host The JV Show. After Valentine’s Day 2020, Jeffrey also used his IG to post his gifts for his wife. “This is me holding the quilt I made Natasha for Valentine’s Day,” she wrote.
Unfortunately, after 2021, Jeffrey developed a mysterious brain issue. “The things that I experienced in my brain that they were trying to think about. Ugh,” he said. According to his doctor, something may have “ignited” his old infection. “The body and the pain and all those things, I can handle. What it did to my brain, I can’t explain to you,” added the radio host.
Then, as his symptoms worsened, doctors finally diagnosed him with Lyme disease.
Then, suddenly in March 2023, Jeffrey disappeared. A week later, Natasha later shared an update to Wild 94.9 Bay Area’s Instagram. “The amount of compassion for the physical torture that JV went through over the past 2 years is overwhelming. I have been in a lot of pain and fear and I know you all are also very scared and concerned about JV,” he wrote.
After telling her fans that they have always considered them part of their family, Natasha then revealed, “I want to let you know that personal information has been discovered recently that leads us to believe that JV will not return.”
However, despite the troubling new information, the San Francisco Police Department still considers Jeffrey missing.

Natasha Yi and Jeffrey have no children. However, they have two daughters named Belle and Staci — who are often featured on Jeffrey’s IG.
“We love our little girl so much!! It was a great Christmas party at Mom’s House,” once wrote on her IG.
In addition to their two godchildren, Jeffrey is also close to Natasha’s father. The radio once took his father-in-law to a SF Giants game on his birthday in 2019 (which is July 21st).
Unfortunately, Jeffrey lost his father in October 2018. His father was a Marine who received military honors from the USMC “Thank you Dad for being our Teacher, Protector, Provider & now our Angel,” Jeffrey also paid tribute to him on his IG.
