Bank records show Nathan Wade bought tickets for himself and alleged lover Fani Willis to fly to San Francisco amid their investigation into Donald Trump and election fraud in Georgia.
Wade was hired by Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, as a special prosecutor to bring charges against the former president and 18 others.
They have since been accused of having an affair, undermining the integrity of the case, which appears to be supported by the charges on Wade’s personal card.
In addition to the flights, in May 2023 Wade ran up a bill of more than $800 at the Doubletree Napa Valley American Canyon hotel, according to a filing by Wade’s estranged wife, Jocelyn, seen by The Post.
The charges were made on Mother’s Day and indicated a two-night stay at the Doubletree hotel, which is only eight miles from several luxurious Napa Valley wineries.
On Oct. 5 2022, Wade also paid $477.21 for tickets to Miami for himself and his alleged lover.
Wade also charged for a room at the Holiday Inn Express Atlanta on Oct. 9. 2022.
She also made purchases from 1-800-Flowers.com, according to credit card statements.
Another purchase at the same time was for Royal Caribbean Cruises that cost $2,600, according to the filing, which Jocelyn’s attorney said was another personal trip for Wade and Wills.

In November 2022, Wade also charged Norwegian Cruise Line $3,172.20 and made a charge at the Hyatt Regency resort in Aruba.
The alleged romance first surfaced last week when Trump’s co-defendant Mike Roman filed papers to have criminal charges against him dismissed on the grounds of an “improper” and “clandestine” relationship between Willis and Nathan.
Roman said Wade — a private attorney with Atlanta-based Wade & Campbell — used some of the nearly $654,000 in legal fees he collected from the Fulton County DA’s Office for his work on the Trump case to take Willis on vacation to “California, Florida and the Caribbean. “

The filing from Jocelyn’s lawyer is the first time any evidence showing their relationship has been presented.
It was filed a day after Willis’ attorney filed a motion to remove her from sitting for depositions in the divorce, which was filed in 2021 in Cobb County, Georgia.
They claim she was unable to provide relevant evidence in the divorce case and that the marriage was already over by 2017 — before she met Nathan — when Joycelyn admitted to sleeping with Wade’s friend.

The filing does not address the validity of the alleged affair between Willis and Nathan.
Joycelyn’s attorneys responded Friday, claiming Willis’ argument for trying to avoid the deposition was disingenuous and misleading.
Over the weekend, Willis said the affair accusations were racially motivated because the claims were made against her and Wade and not against two other prosecutors in the case — both of whom are white.

Roman quickly responded, explaining that nothing was mentioned about the other two prosecutors because neither of them had any connection to Willis.
Willis’ attorney and attorney for both Wades did not immediately return requests for comment Friday.
