Fans Rejoice After Bruce Willis’ Wife Emma Drops ‘Happy News’ Amid Dementia Battle!

Bruce Willis‘ wife, Emma Heming Willis, has revealed some “good news” after previously discussing the challenges facing her family following the actor’s dementia diagnosis.

Through social media, he revealed that one of Bruce’s famous comedy drama series will return to TV. The show, which originally ran for five seasons and 67 episodes from 1986 to 1989, is now available for streaming.

Bruce Willis Fans Receive Something Exciting!

In 1986, Bruce landed his breakthrough television role opposite Cybill Shepherd in the ABC comedy drama “Moonlighting.” Although the series has been available on physical media, it has somewhat faded from public view in recent years, as it has not been available on any streaming platform until now.

In her excitement to share the update, Emma posted a throwback photo of the series featuring her man and his co-stars. Bruce looked relaxed as he looked at Cybill with her head resting on his lap and he rested one elbow on her arm.

For their outfits, the “Die Hard” actress wore a white round neck vest and her co-star opted for a black sequined dinner dress. His short blonde hair was styled in large, loose curls and parted, with one side looking more dashing than the other.

“How happy this news is. You are sure our family will watch @hulu tomorrow. David Addison and Maddie Hayes forever ??,” Emma wrote in the accompanying caption.

Since he added Hulu’s own words that read, “FINALLY. For the first time, stream Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd in Moonlighting on October 10. Exclusively on Hulu,” the television host drew the attention of eager fans.

One such fan exclaimed in the comments, “I loved the show when it first aired back in the day! Can’t wait to watch it every week! Glad it will air… I will be watching ? hugs to your beautiful family and continued thoughts and prayers to Bruce Willis.”

“Grow up watching. Witty, funny, unusual. Can’t wait,” commented a second Instagram user, while a third typed, “How I love this show, I can’t wait to watch more,” and a fourth read, “Can’t believe it!! My favorite tv series when I was young.” A fifth commenter also said this:

“What a great show! I hope Bruce knows he brought laughter and joy to so many people!”

The upbeat tempo in the comments section was a big jump from the somber one in May when Emma shared a heartbreaking update about a potential cure for her husband’s condition, frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Bruce was officially diagnosed with FTD in February, months after his retirement from acting due to aphasia.

The 47-year-old shared this information via an Instagram Story containing a video with the caption “#ftdawareness.” In the recording, he reveals that the potential cure is actually a clinical trial related to FTD. Unfortunately, he mentions:

“They just ended that clinical trial, which is a real blow because there are no drugs that can treat FTD, only drugs that can treat the symptoms.”

In the next Story, Emma reveals that although the clinical trial has yet to prove whether it is of clinical benefit for people with FTD or ALS, it provides valuable insights and promising directions for future treatments.

‘Love Is Blind: UK’ Co-Host Makes Fans Sad After Posting Half-Nude Pics Of Bruce

The “Celebrity Big Brother” host seemed to delight his followers when he uploaded an image of a younger —shirtless — version of himself. Leaving her chest bare, the “Pulp Fiction” performer wrapped a brown patterned towel around her waist and covered her head with a white Pandora hat.

Thanks to his bare upper body, viewers were treated to glimpses of his toned biceps, dad body and a medium-sized tattoo on his right arm. The shot photo appears to have been taken on a beach, with Bruce standing on the sand next to a clear, blue body of water and lots of trees in the background.

His wife tagged “@vanityfair” and “@annielribovitz” across the image, which was posted to her Instagram Story and comes nearly a month after the couple celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary.

The Blast observed at the time that Emma expressed her overflowing emotions with a photo of the pink and yellow bouquet she received from her friend in honor of the big day. The 47-year-old wrote in the caption that the thoughtful gift from his friend made him feel sad about Bruce’s illness as he was unable to remember the special moments they shared because of his condition.
