Farrah Abraham is set for an all-out legal battle against a security guard over the 2022 incident.
The reality TV star recently received an assault lawsuit filed by a female security guard at a hotel. However, his recollection of the event differs from the guard’s narrative.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Abraham slapped the enterprise with a countersuit, calling out different restaurants/clubs and bouncers for charging him with numerous damages. The charges include assault, battery, emotional distress and many other allegations.

The “Teen Mom” star named Grandmaster Records Restaurant and its security guard, George Velazquez, behind the 2022 viral incident.
He recalled that the incident began at the establishment’s rooftop bar, where he was enjoying after-dinner drinks with friends. Things suddenly went downhill when another customer allegedly attacked Abraham, “pushing him violently several times and swinging his wallet at him.”
The alleged assault took place in front of several Grandmaster Records Restaurant employees and security guards; however, the plaintiff was chosen as the perpetrator. The document claims:
“The plaintiff was physically grabbed from behind by the arm by one of the staff/security guards and forcibly removed from the bar and escorted out of the restaurant.”

The rough treatment continued outside the restaurant, where guards, including Velazquez, allegedly assaulted Abraham as he waited for his friends on the sidewalk. The suit states the aggressive male staff member “physically scratched” the plaintiff. According to the document:
“Defendant VELAZQUEZ, an overly aggressive male security guard, who then wrestled with Plaintiff, threw him to the ground like a rag doll, handcuffed him, and then held him on the ground, sometimes using his knees to do so, repeatedly saying. , ‘You’re going to jail.’”
The horrific scene was reportedly filmed by one of Abraham’s friends, and the effects of Velazquez’s actions left him with serious physical, mental and emotional injuries. As for the guard’s employer, Grandmaster Records Restaurant is accused of allowing the incident to happen.
Abraham claims they should be held accountable for the “negligent hiring, training, and supervision” of their staff. He is asking the court for punitive and exemplary damages in amounts based on the evidence at trial, payment of his attorney’s fees, and other damages for emotional distress.
Reality Stars Sued First
Abraham’s countersuit comes after an assault lawsuit filed by a female guard at the Grandmaster Records Restaurant. The plaintiff, Megan Armstrong, claims she was working at the hospitality center in 2022 when the incident occurred.
The drama unfolded on January 15, 2022, when Abraham allegedly punched Armstrong in the face as the female bodyguard tried to escort him out of the establishment. Legal documents say the fight broke out at the rooftop bar because of “the reality TV star’s aggressive behavior with other patrons.”

According to the disgruntled security guard, Abrham’s attack caused injuries that “include but are not limited to, eye injuries and injuries to his face which caused [Armstrong] searched for [sic] medical treatment as well as psychological trauma and emotional stress.”
Because of the incident, Armstrong claims he “will continue to incur medical expenses for hospitals, doctors, lost earnings, and other expenses and damages.” Therefore, he sued Abraham for at least $25,000 in damages.
Farrah Abraham Avoids Jail Time In Battery Case
Before his latest legal drama, Abraham escaped prison for the 2022 drama with his bodyguard. He escaped prison thanks to a plea deal but had to pay for his crime with community service.
Last October, a judge sentenced the “Teen Mom” star to 18 months probation and 40 hours of community service. He didn’t have to attend any anger management classes or pay a fine for battery on a peace officer.
Although Farrah Abraham accepted the plea deal, Abraham has maintained her innocence online. Following the incident, he shared a video of the attack on social media and accused the security guard of tricking him.
“@grandmasterrecords, horrible dining experience being beaten and assaulted by your staff. Unsafe and disturbing environment,” he wrote under one post. According to the entertainer, her experience is an example of abuse against women.
“Why is a guy on top of me holding me back while I’m walking? This is scary, and he should be fired and jailed for good [sic],” he lamented in another post. Abraham’s attorney, Kia Feyzjou, echoed similar sentiments, stating he was “unlawfully detained in this case by security personnel at Grandmaster Recorders.”
