‘Fast Five’ Star Vin Diesel Slams Sexual Assault Allegations As ‘Outlandish’

Hollywood star Vin Diesel has denied scathing allegations against him by a former assistant. The actor was accused of sexual assault by a woman who claimed to have worked with him on the set of the movie “Fast Five” in 2010.

According to Diesel, this is the first time he heard about this incident, which he described as “strange” through his lawyer. In the lawsuit, the actor is accused of groping and forcing his former assistant to perform sexual acts despite her repeated refusals.

Vin Diesel Denies Sexual Assault Allegations

Diesel quickly addressed a sexual assault suit filed against him by his former assistant, identified as Asta Jonasson. The “Fast & Furious” star issued a statement through his lawyer, calling the allegations false and stressing that there is evidence of Diesel’s innocence.

The actor’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said, “Let me make it clear that Vin Diesel absolutely denies these allegations in their entirety. This is the first he has heard of a claim over 13 years old made by a worker who is said to be nine days old.”

“There is clear evidence that completely refutes this outlandish claim,” he added, per Deadline. The alleged sexual assault incident occurred in 2010 in a hotel suite.

In a legal filing obtained by Explosion, Jonasson, who was hired by the One Race company as an assistant to Diesel in 2010, claims that she was alone with Diesel in a hotel suite when he “groped her breasts, and kissed her.” According to Jonasson, she “kept struggling to release his grip while repeatedly saying no.”

Jonasson was responsible for “hosting the party and fulfilling Vin Diesel’s requests, including being in physical proximity with Vin Diesel when he was at the party without his old girlfriend who had children because, as he explained, it would give him cover if he was photographed with another woman. “

His first assignment as one of his assistants was to immediately go to the location where filming of “Fast Five” was taking place, and it was during this period that Diesel allegedly assaulted the victim, who verbally and physically resisted his sexual allegations.

In Jonasson’s lawsuit, she goes into detail about the incident, describing how Diesel “escalated” her alleged assault by following her when she took a break to the hotel suite’s bathroom.

“Vin Diesel escalated his assault, groping her body, kneeling and pushing Ms. Jonasson’s dress, groping her legs, and attempting to pull Ms. Jonasson’s panties down,” the document reads. “Fearing for her safety, Miss Jonasson screamed and ran towards a nearby bathroom.”

It continued, alleging that Diesel “pinned her against the wall with his body, and grabbed Ms. Jonasson’s hand and placed it on her erect p—-. Disgusted at being forced to touch her p—-, Ms. Jonasson immediately pulled her hand away and once again pushed him away oral.”

The document describes in detail how the allegedly relentless Diesel continued to pleasure himself “while leaning on Ms. Jonasson and keeping her pinned to the wall with the left side of her body.”

Jonasson claimed he couldn’t escape and “closed his eyes, afraid of angering” Diesel. At one point, she heard a “moaning sound” from the actress, who “let it go” and turned on the sink in the bathroom.

On his way out of the room after the attack, Diesel is said to have said to Jonasson, who was “shocked by shock,” “No one can say s— about Asta.” The actor then “unexpectedly” returned to the room and asked Jonasson for his phone. He replies that it’s in his pocket, to which Diesel replies, “Good Job,” before finally leaving the hotel suite.

Jonasson also accused Diesel’s sister, Samantha Vincent, president of the One Race company, of firing him and failing to reprimand her brother. She claims Vincent contacted her after the alleged assault incident and fired her from her job.

“The message is clear,” the document reads. “Ms. Jonasson was fired for daring to stand up to Vin Diesel’s sexual assault, Vin Diesel will be protected, and his sexual assault covered up.”
