In one of her latest Instagram posts, the social media sensation celebrated her birthday by posing in a pool and holding a giant pizza. There were two drinks placed on a tray in front of him, as well as a Greek salad. She wore a double-strap bathing suit and pulled her long ponytail out at the side of her body with one hand.
“It’s my birthday. Celebrating a birthday in heaven,” he wrote in the caption, marking Cavo Tagoo Mykonos as his current location. Hopefully, he has some friends coming to help him slice the pizza! Famous friends from around the world wish him a happy birthday to her, with fitness trainer Whitney Johns commenting, “Sending birthday love! Hope you have an epic day!”

In another shot from Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, Avital gave fans a behind-the-scenes look as she lay by the pool overlooking the ocean. There were two drinks and a plate of food placed on a heart-shaped tray on a table by the pool and it looked like he had a glass of champagne in his hand as well.
“It’s time to start living the life you’ve imagined,” she captioned this Instagram post with a blue heart emoji. Whitney Johns commented on this post as well, writing, “Sah you look perfect!!” He then added a second comment, writing, “Also this location is to die for” along with a heart eye emoji. Some fans agree and wish they could go on vacation with him!

There was a plate of fruit and a bottle of champagne sitting on the table next to the roses, which happened to be next to the pool when a cruise ship sailed past. Avital looked stunning in another tiny two-piece that was partially hidden by a long-sleeved gold robe tied at the waist.
“The only thing I’m committed to right now is improving myself,” she wrote in the caption. Whitney Johns commented on this post as well, calling her “Beautiful Bae” and writing, “The only commitment you always have to stay on top of.” Another follower wrote, “Beautiful flowers.
