Fitness trainer Jac Cordeiro doesn’t leave much to the imagination in her hot red swimsuit!
The CEO of JacFit has been working hard to keep his body fit and he has no problem showing the results of all his hard work with his 123,000 followers on Instagram and, of course, his boyfriend, sports legend Alex Rogriguez, better known as A-Rod.

The popular fitness model showed several pictures in the reel showing off her toned figure in a red bikini. She posed barefoot with her long blonde hair loose over her shoulders as she flexed her body for a few selfies. In the caption, she dropped several hashtags, including “sexy curves” and “suitable for a Sunday swim.”
A-Rod himself was one of the first to comment, dropping a red heart emoji, a fire emoji and a clapping emoji. “Beautiful! Be inspired! Thank you for showing the dedication that can be done. It really made me stop eating donuts!” shouted a fan. “You are really amazing and very beautiful. Beautiful,” shared another follower. “The proof is that age is just a number. Over the summer, Jac grabs her lover and pulls her out on the dock next to the water to take part in the summer core challenge. She wore a green bikini while the man wore blue shorts. “Get a partner, and choose one of your favorite songs. Aim to finish this in 20 minutes,” he wrote in the caption.
“Do a circuit consisting of 3 different abs exercises (targeting upper, lower rectus and obliques) each exercise for 2 minutes each day. Stretch pole circuits for at least 2 minutes, remember ABS is made in the kitchen and cooked in the gym,” he added.
“Still recovering from that,” A-Rod commented, to which Jac replied, “Baby please” with a laughing face emoji. “Umm… Alex looks like he can’t keep up with his Queen… It’s all good!” shouted a fan. “We all started somewhere… remember progress is not perfection,” Jac replied.

In another recent Instagram post, Jac showed off her stunning figure in a white swimsuit that had “Barbie” written across the front in black cursive letters. “Barbie’s favorite outfit is confidence,” she wrote in the caption alongside hashtags such as “progress not perfection” and “fitness Barbie.” A geotag places it in Toronto, Canada.

Earlier this year, Jac headed to Dallas, Texas, and showed off her toned figure in a black one-shoulder swimsuit. Half of the swimsuit was cut off, revealing definition in her toned stomach as she held a sun hat to the side of her body.
