It was a big deal when Madix revealed on the Bravo show that she had frozen her eggs and insisted Sandoval go and get her sperm tested and stored because fertilized eggs are better!
According to Scheana Shay, Madix dodged the bullet. “The egg is protected and frozen on its own without the sperm.” Shay sounded like he was wiping sweat from his forehead.
“Thank God,” he said to Love Island guests Mackenzie Dipman and Deb Chubb, who claimed it was a “relief” to hear. Can you imagine the disaster? Madix and Sandoval have an entire scene dedicated to him talking about his eggs.
This was recorded before he found out he cheated with Raquel Leviss. Although she admits that she hasn’t changed her mind about children, it won’t be as difficult as it might be later if she wants them.
Scheana Shay And Ariana Madix Freeze Eggs Together

A few seasons ago, Shay went on a trip to freeze her eggs, and apparently, Madix was on that secret trip with her. The podcast host shared with her guests that in 2020, she froze her eggs and finally got pregnant with her daughter naturally.

Madix did the whole process and ended up with 26 eggs. “[That’s a] good [number]. Like, amazing. Good job, ovaries,” she told Sandoval on the show this week. She also explained why she chose to freeze her eggs while still unsure about children.
“I just don’t like the biological clock having the power to run anything. And those eggs are more viable as fertilized embryos.”
Tom Sandoval Has a Change of Heart

Sandoval wasn’t particularly eager or eager to finish his part. Back in the day, frontman Tom Sandoval and The Most Extras was all about making babies with Madix. He really liked the idea and was sure that she was the one for him.
But during this conversation, he was less than excited. “Why does Ariana want me to fertilize her eggs when we may or may not have children, whatever the outcome?” Sandoval also famously talked about Madix eggs in that wacky Howie Mandel interview.

“He was like, ‘So what do you think about doing a sperm test to fertilize my eggs?’ And me [was] like what? We have broken up,’” he insisted. This is interesting because it seems like they are very much together on the show.
The whole ordeal is getting more complicated, and it doesn’t help that the two are still in the $2 million Valley home because who can afford to leave a $2 million home? Furthermore, Sandoval is alone in this.
“I don’t have many friends who can stay with me now,” he admitted to Mandel. Meanwhile, Shay is happy that Madix avoided a big future issue.
