In one of her latest Instagram posts, Jen is barefoot on the ground facing the ocean while smiling for the camera over one shoulder. Her long dark hair fell back as she showed off her sun-dried bun for the shot. She posed with one leg bent in front of the other, showing off her glowing, sun-kissed summer tan.
In another photo, Jen turns around to show off the front of a two-piece animal print bathing suit with two chunky black straps. Her hair was brushed over one shoulder as she showed off her toned stomach for the camera. She wore bracelets on each wrist to compliment her outfit.

In the caption, Jen shared some words of inspiration for her followers, writing, “Every day you grow. From who you were a year ago, a month ago, to a week ago – you are not the same. Growth never stops. Accept the challenge. Those are the moments that then make us say, ‘Look how far I’ve come! Keep pushing, keep growing.”

In another recent Instagram post, Jen grabbed her own brand of resistance bands as she headed to the water. She wore a pink sports bra and matching leggings as she worked out along the water. Her long hair was tied back as she exercised under the sky.
“You know I love my outdoor workouts. What’s great about resistance bands? You can take them ANYWHERE to increase your workout level. Whether you’re at the park, at the beach, or just lounging in your yard, this group is a game changer,” he wrote in the caption.

It’s a good thing that Jen is so organized because it looks like she’s going to have a hard time packing anything with Gram! Jen almost fell flat on her back when her dog Gram dived into an open suitcase while she was trying to pack.
