In one of her latest Instagram posts, the Zentoa founder gave fans a look at her activewear and swimwear line that supports her through a series of intense arm, leg, stomach and full-body workouts. He also included a clip of him doing the dragon flag challenge by the pool, which requires serious strength and core training.
He reminded his followers that they have limited time to shop the original Zentoa line before it sells out forever to make room for some new productions. “Link in BIO. We’re making room for the NEW NEW so @zentoa is having a big Sale,” he wrote in the caption. “Get the ORIGINAL Zentoa pieces before they are gone forever.”

I don’t know who sees what they might like here.” Sanada replied, “Well, I’m sorry you don’t think I’m beautiful, and that’s okay. I find myself beautiful, and more importantly, STRONG! I do everything I do to create the best version of me, not a version to please people other.”

The popular fitness trainer also shared videos of her intense workouts on Instagram. Each slide features a different exercise demonstration. In this video, he includes things like medicine ball squats to cross the knees and body rows along with side jumps to switch to reverse lunges and presses. He performs each exercise for 8-12 repetitions and completes 4 sets of each exercise.
“Full Body Workout – any other weight like dumbbells or plates will work, but remember to press and not throw,” she wrote in the caption. “Full-body workouts are my favorite high-intensity cardio option. It gets all my muscles burning.”

In the comments, he explained, “This is 12 pounds. One should always start with a lighter weight and work up to a more challenging one. Perfect form first, weight second.” Fans love this idea for working out. “This looks like fun and a great workout for days when I don’t want to be at the gym or the weather is bad,” commented one fan. “Yes! In another Instagram post, Senada led her followers through some exercise demonstrations using a medicine ball to move her stomach. “Abdominal Exercise – Wow! This is an amazing core workout. If at home, you can use a pillow,” he wrote in the caption.
“That core work! Yes, nutrition is key… And yes your core will be engaged during your other workouts (i.e. leg day) but a specific ab workout is a must for me,” she added as fans applauded another challenging, but fun workout idea!
