In one of her latest Instagram posts, Senada shared a video of her eating, working out and posing in Zentoa swimwear and her own activewear line. Senada shares many of the foods she eats with her Instagram followers, reminding them that they don’t have to try extreme diets to lose weight.
“I had to make this video, because this is formula A, it is NOT the only formula, but for simple purposes, follow this formula and you WILL get results,” he wrote in the caption, breaking it down into five different options for his followers to choose from:
- Eat less = lose weight (lose both muscle and fat)2. Eat less + move more (but not strength training) = lose weight FASTER3. Eat during maintenance (the same as you do) + move more (but not strength training) = lose weight4. Eating during maintenance + strength training = building muscle and reducing body fat5. Eat during maintenance + strength training + move more = build muscle and lose body fat faster
“I could go on with a little change here and there, but you catch the drift,” he added. Pick your formula and stick to it!”
How Do Followers Feel About Its Simple Formula?
As expected, fans had a lot of strong reactions to Senada’s video. “Weight loss and health is NOT about eating less; this is not sustainable or healthy. The whole calories in versus calories out thing is an inaccurate oversimplification of how the body actually works,” commented one user.
“I think less is subjective and doesn’t necessarily mean starving yourself. I run long distances and hike, but I’m not skinny or cut, just thick and dense because I won’t….EAT LESS tacos and cookies.,” one fan responded. “Calories in calories out is literally how weight gain and weight loss works though… you don’t gain weight without eating in surplus and you don’t lose weight without eating in deficit for most people,” another follower chimed in. in.

“It means you need to be in a caloric deficit to reach your weight goals, this is a scientific fact and he’s not saying you’re starving. For example, my calorie deficit to reach my goal weight is still 1900 calories a day, that’s a ton of food. Maybe you don’t like how he said it?” other fans suggested.
“He didn’t actually say that. He included that if you eat a lot of protein and EXERCISE you will lose weight and build muscle …. Then he said “‘Choose your formula’. Important part you might have missed,” wrote another follower. “Basically saying to choose what works for YOU. READ THE ENTIRE POST. And always keep an open mind so you can hear what @senada has to say .greca said.”

One asked, “How do you know maintenance?” Although Senada didn’t reply, other users did. “Find out your BMR (calories your body uses to survive) then add up what you burn from exercising (if you do) or just your daily calories from doing things. Example: the amount of mine is like 2400 calories a day,” they explained. “So if you eat below your daily calories, you’re in a deficit. If you eat the number of calories you burn, that is your maintenance. I hope it helps.”
For serious weight loss enthusiasts, it’s best to talk to a doctor or other health care professional, such as a licensed nutritionist, to determine your BMR and develop an individualized diet and exercise plan that’s right for your needs. The main goal of Senada’s post is to inspire her fans to start thinking more critically about fitness… and it looks like she’s definitely succeeding at that!
