Francesca Farago is involved in a nasty legal battle between two talent agencies, over the right to represent her in big deals.
The model, who rose to fame as part of Netflix’s “Too Hot To Handle,” is accused of using a digital talent management company to “bypass” her deal with the Los Angeles-based talent agency that sponsored her US work visa.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the core issue involves the massive deal she made with MAC makeup.
Francesca Farago Accused Of Breach Of Contract With Talent Agency
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a company called Bounty LA, LLC is suing We Are Verified, LLC (WAV) for alleged interference in its contractual relationship with model Francesca Farago.

Bounty, a talent agency based in Los Angeles, claims they signed an agreement to be Farago’s exclusive talent agent and sponsor a visa that allows Farago to live and work in Los Angeles. As part of the deal, the LA-based agency will be the “sole and exclusive talent agent to negotiate contracts for the delivery of Farago’s professional services as a model and talent in the United States.”
In January 2021, Bounty signed an agreement with WAV, a digital talent management company and digital marketing agency, for Farago to provide her services as a professional model. However, he violated his agreement with Bounty, allowing WAV to negotiate the contract on his behalf.
“Regardless of Farago’s contractual obligations to Bounty, upon information and belief, Farago thereafter used WAV in violation of the exclusivity provisions of the Agreement,” the document reads.
It continued, “Furthermore, upon information and belief, Farago transferred any extensions, renewals, and modifications of the offer originally negotiated by Bounty to WAV, in violation of the Agreement, which gave Bounty the right to negotiate any and all extensions, renewals, and / or modification of Farago’s offer during the term of the Agreement.”
Bounty cited Farago’s deal with MAC cosmetics, alleging that the television personality used WAV as his “exclusive representative to completely bypass Bounty, in violation of the Agreement.” The talent agency claims in the lawsuit that thus far “Defendants have failed to include Bounty in negotiations with MAC, kept all money for themselves and failed to pay Bounty any commissions from ongoing MAC deals.”

Not only that, Bounty alleges Farago continued to use WAV to negotiate deals involving Warner Podcasts and Netflix in an effort to “avoid making any commission payments for these deals to Bounty.” The company has since “requested Farago to cease using WAV to circumvent its Agreement with Bounty” on or about April 22, 2022.
Bounty, which asked for a jury trial, is suing for an undisclosed amount.
Farago & Fiancé Jesse Sullivan ‘Stressful’ Details of IVF Journey
The claim comes amid a fertility battle for Farago and her fiance Jesse Sullivan as they journey to expand their family. The reality star and trans activist, who got engaged in May 2023, recently opened up about their IVF journey in an interview with Page Six.
The couple revealed that they knew they wanted to start a family together as early as their second date. “We knew each other for two months, and we drove down the mountain [in Canada], and we talked about how we were going to conceive our future children. It was one of our early conversations,” the Canadian model told the outlet.
The couple, who plan to marry in May 2024, are trying to conceive through IVF. Sullivan described it as “more mentally and physically taxing than [either of them] realized.” Both parties are undergoing treatment.
“You start with some appointments, some ultrasounds, some blood work,” the reality star explained, “and then you go on hormones for 10 to 12 days. So every day, you inject a certain amount of hormones. [Jesse] had to inject a lot because she didn’t have many eggs.”
Sullivan, however, had to stop taking testosterone in the middle of IVF injections because “he wanted to give himself the best possible chance.”

Fortunately, Farago and Sullivan — who had chosen their sperm donor — were able to create 18 embryos: 15 using the former egg and three using the second egg. Despite their success, the couple admitted it was not an easy process.
“It’s very hard on your mental health. You’re scared, you feel bad, you’re tired, you’re bloated, you feel depressed in a way,” laments Farago. On the other hand, Sullivan claims he has more experience because he’s been “dealing with the ups and downs of hormones” for several years.
The Netflix star is pregnant, and they hope to have four children — in addition to Sullivan’s 15-year-old Arlo — in their ideal world.
