Fugitive Florida fentanyl felon Stacy Usher found hiding in couch

You can find just about anything in an old couch — including this Florida fugitive who spent weeks in bed for violating probation for selling fentanyl.

Police have been looking for Stacy Usher, 39, since early November for allegedly violating her probation by selling fentanyl and unlawfully using a two-way communication device, the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office said.

He was recently named the Sheriff’s Office’s “Warrant of the Week,” with his mugshot and charges posted on social media.

On Tuesday, her game of hide-and-seek came to an end when she was found stuffed tightly into a sofa, where she tried to avoid capture by burying herself under a cushion.

It is not clear if the sofa that was pulled out was his.

Investigators say Usher is a convicted felon in Citrus, Manatee and Pasco counties — and he has a history of fraud, grand theft and obtaining property through forged checks, Fox 13 reported.
