Gabby Windey announced her split from fiancé Erich Schwer, who proposed to her on the “Bachelorette” finale, when she competed on “Dancing With the Stars.”
Soon after news broke that the two had broken up, fans started sending it to “Jersey Shore’s” Vinny Guadagnino, who also competed on “Dancing With the Stars” last season.
The two have had fun with dating rumors and even started flirting on social media, throwing the internet into a frenzy. The “Bachelor” admitted she would be open to dating the “Jersey Shore” star, however, now she says she’s “dead” to him.

Gabby Windey recently did some press for the upcoming Dancing With the Stars Live 2023 Tour, where she was, once again, asked about Vinny Guadagnino.
“Who’s Vinny?” she jokingly told Us Weekly before saying she really doesn’t know what happened between her and the “Jersey Shore” alum.
“You have to ask him. He was so dead to me because he never did any press and I did,” he continued. “I was, like, dealing with all these questions. But he started it.”
The “Bachelor” later said the two have a great friendship, which began on “Dancing With the Stars,” and they “just naturally kind of clicked.”
“I think both of our senses of humor are similar, so [we are] just, like, flirt in the comments [and] see where things go,” he continued.

Even though fans know that at this point, the two are just having fun with the rumors, they continue to ship the two reality television stars.
“That’s the craziest part about it, like, how much other people love it. And they know we’re just messing around and they don’t even care,” Windey told Us Weekly. “So it’s just fun to watch. It’s nice that people treat you and, like, want you to be happy.”
However, the “Bachelor” star admits she doesn’t know much about Vinny.
“I really don’t know much about him,” he said. “I was, like, so tunnel visioned during the competition. You don’t really spend a lot of time with other celebrities. But, you know, there’s only one way to find out!”

Days after the first flirty exchange took place on social media, Gabby broached the subject, admitting at the time the two were just friends and they were “stirring the pot”. A few days after that, the “Bachelor” star later stated that she would be open to going on dates with the “Jersey Shore” cast members.
And recently while on the red carpet at the People’s Choice Awards, the 31-year-old was asked if dating the “Jersey Shore” star was still on the table. Gabby replied, “I think it’s a possibility, I don’t know we’ll just have to wait and see.”
The “Dancing With the Stars” runner-up kept joking and said “Gabby, tan, laundry,” in reference to the famous “Gym, tan, laundry,” from the “Jersey Shore” catchphrase.
