“Tell me what you like about your hair,” Union said. Kaavia replied, “I like my beautiful hair.” They then go back and forth saying some strong, positive affirmations.
“I’m brave,” Union said. “I’m strong,” answered Kaavia. Other affirmations they recited were, “I’m worthy,” “I’m stupid,” “I love my village,” “I love my beautiful skin,” and ended the routine by saying together, “I’m so beautiful.”
Almost 5,000 comments were left on the sweet video. “This baby is growing up amazingly ?,” one follower wrote. Another added, “Kaavia is the validation coach I needed. Just canceled Canyon Ranch.”

Union, who shares daughter Kaavia with husband Dwyane Wade, also shared a video on Instagram sharing some beauty tips she passed down to Kaavia.
When asked about her best beauty tip that she passed on to Kaavia, Union replied, “Water. My beauty tip is water and boundaries.”
The mother and daughter then share an adorable conversation about drinking water and somehow the conversation devolves into not drinking juice, being an avatar, and Uncle Thomas refusing to dress in Union.
“Drink your water. And say no,” Union ended her video.
Union captioned the video of the sweet interaction between her and Kaavia, “Moral to the story… flush yourself, set boundaries, and uncle Thomas will dress you!”
The Instagram account for Barbie commented, “Kaavia knows ?.” Another follower understood the mission, “Understood Kaav! Drink water, set boundaries and maybe one day uncle Thomas will dress me too ?.”
