Baby Ori joins her three sisters — Alma, Maya and Daniella. Gadot and her husband, Jaron Varsano, became parents in 2011, three years after they walked down the aisle. The former beauty pageant champion shared the news of Alma’s birth, revealing the little one arrived a little earlier than usual.
Alma seems to be following in her mother’s footsteps to become a Hollywood icon. The 12-year-old made a cameo appearance with her sister Maya and her father in “Wonder Woman 1984,” much to her mother’s delight.
A proud Gadot said of the sweet cameo, “It means a lot and especially in that very special scene. I couldn’t have made my film without the incredible support of my family, and having them in the film with me meant a lot. A wonderful and amazing souvenir that we will cherish forever.”
Gal Gadot Calls Being a Working Mom ‘Messy & Chaotic’
Despite playing a powerful Amazonian warrior princess, Gadot, like many women, struggles to balance motherhood and her career. In an August 2023 interview, the 38-year-old opened up about the stress of being a working mom.
“Having three kids is messy and chaotic in the best way,” she says candidly, adding that she has had a “guilt trip” as “neglect as a working mom.”
The former Miss Israel explained that being a parent often makes her want to stay at home whenever she works. However, when he is at home with his girls, he becomes concerned that he is not working enough. “It can be a vicious cycle—but you have to tame that feeling,” Gadot emphasized before noting that accepting that she can’t be a “perfectionist” helps her.
The DC star went on to say that she encourages herself to be the best mom she can be and to continue doing what she loves because it reflects how her daughter views her. “A happier mother, who has interest in her life,” concluded the actor.
