A Las Vegas sex worker beat an elderly man with limited mobility and robbed him of thousands of dollars in his hotel room, according to police.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to a reported robbery at Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino last Friday. In the guest room, they found an elderly man beaten and covered in blood on the floor, KLAS reported.
The elderly victim, who uses a mobility scooter to get around, told officers “he had brought a ‘hook’ to his room… and he beat her and robbed her,” police said.
The attacker, later identified as Napria Wilson, 26, had taken her wallet, she told police at the hospital.
The man said he had met Wilson on the casino floor and invited him to his room.
“Arriving in the room, [man] gave Wilson $500 cash for his services,” police said. “Wilson took the money and stayed in the room. After a few minutes, Wilson again asked [the man] for money and [the man] declared, ‘I have given it to you.’ Wilson began to argue with [the man] and told him to give the money back.”

The altercation culminated in a violent attack that left the man with a broken face and several facial fractures, according to police.
After the attack, video footage reviewed by police showed Wilson leaving the man’s hotel room, taking an elevator and then leaving in a taxi.
Later, the victim told police he lost about $6,000.
Police contacted the taxi company which provided additional footage of Wilson in the taxi, according to KLAS.
He “almost immediately threw up when he entered the cab,” police said of the video. “Wilson apologized to the driver and told him he would pay him extra to get him ‘out of here’ and apparently gave him a $100 dollar bill from his wallet.”

Wilson appeared “panicked” the entire ride, police said. At the end of the ride Wilson got out and told the driver “‘You never came here, this didn’t happen,’ and gave the driver like an extra $200,” police said.
He was arrested outside his Henderson apartment Wednesday after MGM Resorts security helped match Wilson’s photo with other surveillance footage, police said.
He was charged with attempted murder, burglary and robbery, records said. His bail was set at $75,000 and he remained incarcerated in the Clark County jail as of Friday, KLAS reported.
Wilson allegedly solicited or engaged in prostitution just weeks earlier on Oct. 5, according to records reviewed by the outlet.
In 2021, Wilson was charged with attempted murder and domestic battery. He later pleaded no contest to a domestic battery charge in which he avoided jail time.
