Two Georgia election workers who won a $148 million judgment against former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani last week are suing him again as they continue to maintain that they committed vote fraud in 2020.
Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Andrea “Shaye” Moss, filed a request Monday for a permanent injunction against Giuliani, which would prevent him from speaking publicly about them, Axios reported.
Attorneys for the couple said in their DC federal court complaint that “Giuliani continues to spread the same lies for which he has been held accountable,” citing the 79-year-old’s statement to reporters shortly after Friday’s award of damages.
“Defendant Giuliani’s statements, coupled with his refusal to agree to refrain from further making such statements, make it clear that he intends to continue his campaign of targeted defamation and harassment. It must be stopped,” wrote the lawyer.

“In these unique circumstances, the proper remedy is a targeted injunction restraining Defendant Giuliani from continuing to repeat falsehoods about Plaintiffs that have been found, and conclusively, to be defamatory.”
The former personal attorney to President Donald Trump told The Post in an interview Friday that he does not have the assets to pay even the $43 million in damages initially sought by the workers and “will fight this case until I die.”
He also told reporters on Friday that “everything I said about them is true” and that he doesn’t “regret anything.”

“The disparity of numbers only emphasizes the absurdity of the entire proceeding, in which I was not allowed to offer a single piece of evidence for the defense, of which I had plenty,” Giuliani said at the time.
“I’m pretty sure when this case goes to a fair tribunal, it will be overturned so quickly it will make your head spin, and the ridiculous numbers that just came in will help,” he added.
Having skipped the opportunity to testify in his own defense last week, Giuliani said he made the decision “because the judge made it clear that if I make any mistake or do anything wrong, he’s considering contempt, and this judge has a reputation for putting people in prison.”

Judge Beryl Howell found Giuliani liable in default in August for defaming Freeman and Moss by claiming they had processed fraudulent ballots in Fulton County during the 2020 presidential election.
“How you can find liability based on the findings is beyond me when they have my deposition,” Giuliani told The Post on Friday. “They have more documents on me than I do.”
“The discovery went on for about a year and a half and included thousands and thousands of documents, including — I sat for a deposition and didn’t take the Fifth Amendment.”

The mother-daughter duo also asked Giuliani to pay their attorney and court fees as part of their new complaint.
