During a recent appearance on the “Alo Mind” podcast (as per Many people) West briefly spoke about public criticism of his recent behavior. He explained that people wanted to attribute all his actions to “mental health” and wanted him to “apologize a million times.”
The Grammy-award-winning rapper and producer also said, “Everybody wants everybody to be thrown away, so controlled, that you’re not allowed to stand up for what you gave your family.”
West also spoke about his co-parenting relationship with Kardashian, with whom he shares four children. He said, “Your home is your home church. So, to this day, I will still give Kim advice on things that can help, because that will be given to the children. She still has to – basically 80 percent of the time – raise the kids.”

The founder of SKIMS also said, “You have to be there for them. Either way, even in this crazy life we live in, you just need to have a really open dialogue with your kids. Kanye and I had a chat. We have to talk every day for the kids so you know, I hate that it has to play out like that. But when it comes to family, I mean, Kanye and I will always be family.”
Recently They Argued Over The Children’s School
West and Kardashian recently clashed over school choices for their children. West made several text posts of conversations between him and Kardashian that have now been deleted. They included a message from the reality star pleading with West to stop talking about her mother, Kris Jenner.

He wrote accordingly Explosion, “From my mother- PLEASE … Tell her to stop saying my name. I’m almost 67 and I don’t always feel great and this stresses me out to no end.” Ye responded to the text with, “Y’all don’t have that [sic] so over my black kids and where they go to school. They will not record playboys and sex. Tell your Clinton friends to get me. I am here.”
Apparently, the core issue was that West wanted to transfer his children to the newly opened Donda Academy and Kardashian refused. However, the “Praise God” rapper later posted another Instagram post revealing that he and Kardashian have worked out the school issue.
