Singer Taylor Swift has finally dropped her tenth studio album, “Midnights,” and Swifties aren’t sleeping much over her latest track!
Along with collaborating with some of the biggest artists in the industry, it seems that Taylor continues to work with William Bowery, which is the pseudonym of her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn.
“Bowery” is credited with several songs on her last studio album, “evermore,” and fans are hoping the two will work together again, especially when Taylor addressed rumors that the two were involved in her new album.

The “Love Story” singer opened up about her own love story on her new album, “Midnights.” Earlier this year, Taylor, 32, was rumored to be engaged to the “Conversations with Friends” actor, 31, though neither confirmed nor denied that they had taken their relationship to the next level.
Before “Lavender Haze” dropped, the “You Belong With Me” singer revealed that she first learned the phrase from the show “Mad Men” in a quick Instagram video.
“It turns out it was a common phrase used in the ’50s, where they just described being in love,” he explains, adding that “Lavender Haze” means someone experiences “that all-encompassing glow of love,” which he calls “very beautiful .”
“I think, in theory, when you’re in the ‘Lavender Haze,’ you’ll do anything to stay there and not let people take you out of that cloud,” she added, referencing her own relationship with Alwyn.
In the track, Taylor sings, “I’ve been under observation / You handle it beautifully” in the first verse. In the chorus, she sings, “I’m gonna die if I give ad— what people say/ the 1950s— they want from me/ I just wanna stay in that lavender haze.”
“What they keep asking me is whether I’ll be your bride / the only girl they see is one night or wife,” he continued. “I feel dizzy / They bring up my history / But you don’t even listen.”
Joe Alwyn Helped Taylor Write Ballad ‘Sweet Nothing’
William Bowery, the pseudonym of a British actor, has a songwriting credit on the already popular ballad, “Sweet Nothing.”
In the song, Taylor sings, “They say the apocalypse is coming/ Everybody’s on their mind for something/ I find myself running home to a place that doesn’t like you.”
He also apparently referenced the time they spent in Ireland last year while he was filming the Hulu series “Conversations with Friends.”
In the song, Taylor sings, “I peeped with my weary little eyes/ Small as the pebble fireflies we picked up last July/ Deep in your pocket we almost forgot/ Does it ever miss Wicklow sometimes?”
Joe Alwyn Won’t Confirm Or Deny If He And Taylor Swift Are Engaged
In an interview for the WSJ. magazine’s May issue, the “Boy Erased” actor joked, “If I had a pound for every time I thought I’d been told I was engaged, then I’d have a lot of pound coins.”
She added that she’s “not going to say” if she’s actually engaged to the “Gorgeous” singer or not, adding, “I mean, really, if the answer is yes, I’m not going to say, and if the answer is no, I don’t will say.”
“If you give it to them, it just opens doors,” he added.

Earlier this summer, The Sun reported that the couple “only told” their inner circle about their engagement, meaning that only close family members and “very trusted, very long-time friends” knew that Taylor and Joe were engaged, at least according to insider.
“Everyone has been sworn to secrecy, too,” the source added, noting that the “You Are In Love” singer only wore her “beautiful ring” in private.
“Again, only a handful of people knew the details of the wedding and Taylor didn’t tell some of her team about the engagement,” the source claimed.
“They want their love to stay away from the camera as much as possible. This is just for them. And if and when they do exchange vows, there will certainly be no Vogue, Rolling Stone, or Hello! magazine there,” added the insider. “It will be simple and elegant – like them.”
